Lily's at Hyams by Latitude South Coast
This modern and beautifully furnished property is ideal for 2 couples or a small family. Although the property is a duplex, there are no common walls, and you will have complete privacy, right in the heart of Hyams Beach.
B E D R O O M S ~ A N D ~ B A T H R O O M S
The Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite is located on the lower ground floor (entrance level). The second bedroom, with queen bed and ensuite is located on the middle level.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, as well as electric wall panel heating.
Bathrooms: There are two ensuite bathrooms (both with heated floor tiles). There is also an additional toilet which is located upstairs in the laundry.

The home features 3 split levels. It has been designed to maximise the magnificent views, with the kitchen, lounge and dining areas upstairs, and the bedrooms located downstairs over two split levels.
On the top floor there is also a generous sized deck complete with custom built BBQ, and comfortable outdoor dining table and seating.
The bedrooms are designed with privacy in mind, cleverly separated by split levels.
The double undercover carport can accommodate two cars, and there is an outdoor shower located in the rear courtyard.

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine and quality appliances. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery as well as pots and pans - everything has been thought of.

From the open plan kitchen, dining and living area you can enjoy spectacular water views. The lounge room has a lovely gas fireplace, as well as a Smart TV. The louvred glass windows capture the sea breeze perfectly.
L O C A T I O N
Lily’s is the perfect location from which to explore Jervis Bay. Hyams Beach is a short stroll away (2 minutes), and at the end of the street you have the Cooked Goose Cafe who make a great coffee, and serve delicious breakfast and lunch. Within walking distance is a children's playground and beach rock pools to explore. You can also access the White Sands coastal bushwalking track which will take you to Nelsons Beach in Vincentia.
Booderee National Park is only a few minutes drive and in the opposite direction, also just a few minutes drive, you will find Vincentia's largest shopping centre.

K I T C H E N: Cooking essentials (pots and pans) and utensils are provided. If you are planning on cooking a specialty dish requiring a tagine, crock pot or cast iron casserole dish, we recommend you bring your own.
C L E A N I N G S U P P L I E S: We provide surface cleaner, washing up detergent, dishwashing tablets/powder, kitchen cloths as well as cleaning equipment and tools for the B B Q.
Items like cling wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels are also provide for your convenience. The pantry has all the basics including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper. The property will have at least one set of shampoo and conditioner. We refill products supplied at the property to reduce the amount of plastic waste. Guests that remove these items from a property will be charged for replacement items to restock the property.
Laundry powder or liquid is supplied for the washing machine.
1 Cot and 1 highchair is provided at no extra cost. We don't provide linen for your infant so please bring your own if required.
