Four bedroom home with three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with own on suite bathroom.
One bedroom with two single beds suitable for children. Another bathroom with shower and bath.
Open plan kitchen dining area that opens up into a private garden with outdoor seating for eight people.
Spacious lounge with a cozy open fire place for the cold winter nights.
Situated close to Doncaster Drive Domain Playground for the children.
Near Topaz Drive Reserve, Wairakei Reserve and Gordon Sprat Reserve.
Papamoa Plaza and Fashion Island Shopping centre only 5 minute drive away.
The beach is within 5 minute drive away(will take about 20 minutes walking).
Only five minute drive to the Papamoa Hills Cultural Heritage Regional Park that has an outstanding 360 degree views at the summit where you can see Mount Manganui and Whakaari Island(White Island) on clear days, highly recommended and 100% worth the effort to get to the top.

My Daughter actually stayed and it was great until Sunday when the owners arrived at 9.45 to clean the property.I know we were out at ten but felt very pressured to get out of there way. enough so that I would not book the property again. unfortunate end to a nice weekend visiting a sick family member.

This home is exactly what you see in the pictures. Beautiful stay. Comfy beds. Had everything we needed as a travelling school to the Aims Games. Will definitely stay again.

Family event in Tauranga, tried to stay close to MtMaunganui but ended up at Papamoa close to beach and mall. Was a great house for us and location suited the family event reasonably close by at Welcome Bay and we had great access to shops beach and cycleway. Also a great little park was nearby.
