Great spot!

Beautiful home with plenty of space and bathrooms. Very quiet despite being located on a busy street. Beautiful neighborhood with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Only 10 min from downtown.

Here’s a polished version of your review: “We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo in Louisville! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. The home was exceptionally clean, and the decor was truly first class. With four couples in our group, the spacious layout was ideal, giving each of us our own en-suite for added privacy. We also loved having two separate living areas and a large dining table that comfortably seated all ten of us. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay!”

Loved the place We come down for a trade show every year and this is by far the best option close to the airport and expo enter lots of good food options nearby (awesome pizza next door) clean and well-maintained property each bedroom had its own bathroom :)

Couples Bourbon trail getaway

My husband and I travelled with 3 other couples to Louisville for a bourbon trail tour getaway. The house was in a great location waking distance to restaurants, bars and bakeries. The airport was a short 15 min drive and the 2 areas we did the Bourbon trail were about an hour away . The house looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean and well stocked. It was wonderful having 4 bedrooms with wnsuite bathrooms. All the couples had their own space and privacy. The multiple seating areas were great to gather around after busy days out on the Bourbon trail. The mango company was very accommodating and responsive to some minor issues. Such as changing lightbulbs and fixing TV issues. We all had a great time and loved the house as our home base for the trip.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

We read all of the reviews and thought this place would suit our group, 6 adults in their 40's for a quiet bourbon trail trip. We were wrong! On our second night we were awakened at MIDNIGHT by a male claiming to be the home owner pounding repeatedly on the door and demanding we leave immediately without any previous issue or communication from the property manager. We felt threatened and extremely unsafe so we called the police to file a report and to help escort us out of this house! This property also has multiple cameras to which the owner admitted to watching and listening to us during our stay. NO THANK YOU! We will NEVER be returning to this property and hopefully you won't either. We were then stuck finding 3 hotel rooms, one for each couple, at 2am, which was difficult, to say the least! Finally, the property manager was VERY unresponsive to VRBO customer service when attempting to get our refund for the time we did not stay. UNACCEPTABLE!!! VRBO was only able to obtain 50% refund. Do NOT stay here! Negative stars if I could.

Bourbon Trail Trip

Spacious and beautiful home nestled in the heart of restaurant row. Beautiful natural lighting, comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms, and open lounge spaces to read and relax. I went for my morning run right out the back door, straight down Alta Ave, and into Cherokee Park’s labyrinthine wooded trails. The best restaurants are right outside the front door and all within walking distance. Chef Lamas - Seviche is a must! We would stay here again. The Bonnycastle neighborhood is full of incredibly beautiful sights to behold.

Group Whiskey Trip

Awesome House!!

This was a great house. We were celebrating my husbands birthday with 3 other couples. The house was PERFECT and beautifully decorated! It was very clean, had a great location and comfortable beds. Each room had a king bed with their own bathrooms. The listing was absolutely accurate and additional amentities made it even better. Excellent communication with the property manager. I would absolutely stay here again.

Bourbon bday bash

We had 4 couples that traveled to Louisville to celebrate my husband’s bday. We had visited Louisville before and fell in love with the Highland neighborhood so we knew we wanted to stay in this area. The home was absolutely perfect for couples. All the guys are 6ft+ so king sized beds were needed and this house had them in every room AND with en suite bathrooms. There was so much room to hang out too with two living room spaces and a big open kitchen and dining room layout. The house had plenty of supplies for cooking and washing dishes, coffee, toilet paper and bathroom needs. We didn’t need to purchase anything additional for our long weekend stay. Liquor store was at the end of the block so super convenient. We also bought tummy pies & ice cream from the pie shop next door. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was easy and we were able to access the property a couple hours earlier as requested. Check out also super easy. The house is stunningly decorated- probably the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in. Would highly recommend if traveling to Louisville with a group.

Lovely home, perfect for families and groups who like to cook

We loved all staying together in this home. The beds were heavenly and the linens so soft and cozy. En suite bathrooms made it even more comfortable for our group. The kitchen and open floor plan made this place even more perfect for our families. Will def hope to book again!

Football and Fun

We had 4 couples enjoy this property for 4 nights Nov. 2023. Could walk to many restraurants as well as Cherokee Park. Was easy drive to Football stadium as well as Churchhill Downs. The house was well equiped and comfortable for all. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would go again.

Great house for a group

Group of 9 adults making a trip for bourbon. The location of the house was great. It was easy to get down to Whiskey Row or travel to Frankfort and Bardstown. The Highland area had lot of shops and diners which was really convenient. The en-suite rooms were very nice and the 9th guest used a pullout couch and had his own bathroom. If stairs are an issue, the master suite is the only bedroom on first floor. Property manager was quick to respond and the house was very clean and has lots of extras for the coffee lover. Very easy check out and easy to find. Would definitely stay in the house again!

Had a great stay here - the interior of the house was fantastic. Plenty of living space for our 6 guests, bedrooms all had a bathroom, decorated classically. Our host was very quick to respond to questions, and arranged for earlier checkin, which was appreciated. Walked to many restaurants, coffee houses. Great place to stay.

Bourbon Trail Birthday Celebration

I booked this trip as a surprise for my husband to celebrate his 50th birthday with some of his closest friends. The house was everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom giving everyone the space and privacy of a hotel but the cozy comfort and community feel you get when renting a house. We were walking distance from several great restaurants and shopping. I will definitely book this property again it was so beautiful and my booking contact was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond! We loved it!
