About this property

This unique chalet is located on the elevated position of Higgi Drive, but close to Hotham Central and boasting the most spectacular views across the mountain and the resort.

Your family and friends can unwind over three levels, with the heart of home offering an unusually spacious entertaining area with fireplace and comprising of a large open plan lounge/dining room and open plan kitchen with quality appliances.

There are 3 generous sized bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10 persons very comfortably. The master bedroom is privately positioned on the top floor with a large en-suite bathroom, ample cupboard and storage space and a balcony looking over towards Heavenly Valley and the surrounding ski fields. The lower level comprises two further bedrooms, one with two sets of bunks, and the other with a queen size bed and bunk.
The main bathroom and laundry are also on this level.
Please note this property is not available during winter.
