With Cavil Avenue being one of the most popular spots for both tourists and locals alike, with a less than a five-minute walk to amazing patrolled surf beaches and only an elevator ride away from Woolworths, chemist, cafes, restaurants, Strike bowling, Holey Moley Putt putt and coffee store inside of coffee shop. Note: The lagoon pool is currently closed. The indoor pool and south tower pool and spa are open.

NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25 years and above to book and stay.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- NO SMOKING.
- NO unauthorised guests as per rental agreement.
- We have strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"

- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
-Pet freindly (pet fee of $33 per pet per night max 2 pets and must be pre approved)
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation

Great location of apartment within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. All necessities included in apartment. Pool and bbq areas very good. Enjoyed our stay for a family of four adults. Beds were comfortable, lounge and dining areas comfortable also. Excellent communication with operations manager and staff at stayz.

Cannot fault this property. It has everything that you need, it is literally a home away from home. The entire apartment is very modern, so very spacious, beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, and very clean, especially considering that they allow pets, they do a fantastic job keeping the apartment spotless!! On top of all that, fantastic view!!! Location was just perfect, right in the heart of Surfers. It was also such a delight that they allowed us to have our fur baby with us at the apartment, they truly do want you to have the perfect holiday! The host was very pleasant and accommodating, communicated well, quickly responded to our enquiries and provided clear instructions.This is by far the best accommodation we have stayed at on the Gold Coast! Very happy to recommend!
