The chef of your group will have all the necessary tools and appliances for whipping up delicious meals, which could be casually enjoyed at the barstool seating along the counter, or at the formal dining table with seating for 8. This home sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms:
- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and Jack and Jill bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Bedrooms #2 has a king sized bed.
- Bedrooms #3- #4 each have a queen size bed.
- Bedroom #5 has a twin size bed with an additional twin size trundle bed. This bedroom shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom #1.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Newport Beach often gets a nice breeze and thus this home does not have Air Conditioning.
- The home has an additional bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- If you are bringing a small pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 SMALL pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
