Great use of space…decorated very nicely…charming…love the brick wall, glass banister, and wrought iron railings! Gorgeous property 😊
Owner very easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again ✅
Really nice surprise to find this cool place to stay in Medicine Hat. Easy walking to downtown for coffee and a meal out, and well stocked kitchen for the nights we stayed in.
It was easy to get to, was exactly as described. The owner was wonderful and helpful with immediate responses to any inquiries. The only downside was that it was quite chilly in the apartment when we arrived in the late afternoon. With 2 space heaters, it warmed up nicely and we were very cozy by the time we went to bed that night and it stayed that way.
Nice place to stay over the weekend. Close to amenities downtown. The proximity to the train line was not an issue. The apartment is a very comfortable and well equipped place to stay with cool design, games and books to enjoy in the evening.
We had an amazing time staying at the NY style apartment. The apartment was close to several amenities downtown, and we found it to be the perfect retreat after a long day on the course. We’ll definitely book again!
Booked this location with my married couple best friends during a very stressful time. We were able to unwind each night cooking dinner together and having 2 separate bathrooms and bedrooms made this stay very enjoyable. Our host was amazing and the accommodations were well stocked, clean and comfortable. I will definitely be booking there again.
We enjoyed our time getting together with close friends, a great place to meet being from Saskatchewan and Alberta. Our only issue we are over 70 we found there was a lot of stairs coming and going. We had a small issue with plumbing but our host was excellent at getting back to us in timely manner and issue was solved. Thank you enjoyed our stay and time in Medicine Hat.
We really enjoyed our stay in the NY style suite. It was a fun place to hang out in the evenings and we would definitely stay again when in Medicine Hat. Communication with the host was excellent when we had some questions. I thought the train might be an issue in the night time, but we didn't have any problems sleeping! Kitchen was well stocked.
Thanks!
We found this gem of an apartment for a family stay for a birthday celebration with a relative who lives locally. It is clean, well equipped and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfy. While we could hear the trains we found them quite soothing and they would lull us to sleep. The only concern might be the number of steps to reach this upper loft apartment would make it unsuitable for someone with mobility issues.

Girls getaway
This was an excellent property for our annual girls getaway- which includes a lot of hanging out with our feet up - visiting and crafting and watching movies or playing games. Clean and comfortable- luckily my friend sleeps soundly and the railroad tracks didn’t bother her.
We both very much enjoyed our few days at the loft. We had busy days sightseeing and loved coming back to sit on the balcony to read, chat and nap. The balcony was also a perfect place to have morning coffee. The two bedrooms, each with their own bathoom, were perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and we wanted for nothing.
Roomy apartment with nice kitchen and dining room. Great natural light in the daytime. Living room and main bedroom could use a little more lighting for the evening. Secondary bedroom is quite small with no closet (there are hooks on the wall) and very little floor space to put a suitcase, so something to be aware of. Main bedroom is nice and big. Ensuite bathroom has no door, so a little awkward.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Apartment has nice style and is very well equipped.
Thank you Jeanine!
The front door appearance of the upstairs apartment gives no clue to the large, well appointed, tastefully decorated, well stocked apartment. It's a bit like the old time cartoons where the protagonist opens the flap of a small tent in the desert and finds himself in a palace. It has a large second floor balcony facing the sunrise, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very large open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. It's a superb value.
It was an ideal location to get to Red Rock Coulee, the Great Sandhills of Saskatchewan, and Dinosaur Provincial Park, all gorgeous features of the surrounding landscape.
