The villa has 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1630fs (152 square meter) living space, a huge private balcony (250sf plus), decorative light fixtures, ceiling fans, granite counter-tops, 42 inch cabinets, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile flooring, soaking tub. Well equipped with modern entertainment for all of your family members, flat panel HDTVs, with DirectTV Cable service.

There are 11 refreshing pools throughout this prestigious community, top notch restaurants, convention center, banquet hall, and don't forget the rooftop pool bar and grill, where you could enjoy the Disney's spectacular firework every night.

This is a five star accommodation with upscale bedding, full size kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless appliance, and elegant furniture.

3 Spacious Bedrooms:
Master Suite has direct access to the balcony, a king size bed, wall-mount flat panel HDTV, a spacious master bathroom with soaking tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, plus shower and tub; the third bedroom has two 2 full size beds, also with a separate bathroom (tub/shower). Enjoy the great view from balcony with winter warm sunshine. Each and every bedroom has its own HDTV.

Living Area:
We wall-mount a large HDTV with Blu-ray player with most popular on-line services (Netflex, Hulu Plus, plus more) in the spacious living room, with beautiful decoration, sofa and love seat; the full size dinner table is enough for 8 people in the dining area.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen also includes granite counter-tops and stainless appliance, cooking range, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and all needed cooking utensils and large refrigerator with water filter and ice maker.

Washer/Dryer are located in the utilities closet for your convenience.

High speed fiber optic Internet, Wi-Fi, and unlimited US long/local phone service are included.

There is also a children playground in this community right near the building.

During your stay, you will have access to owner's amenities inside the Resort, such as the community swimming pools/spas, fitness, on-site restaurants, children playground, without any extra charge. However, due to high extra cost to get the membership and extra daily entry/usage fees to use water park and golf courses, we, as individual owner, could not offer this amenity. The Official Resort offers the membership passes to their guests who are willing to book directly from them with a price much much higher for a similar villas like ours (we also do not charge any additional Resort Fee ). You are encouraged to book directly from the Official Reunion Resort & Club if the water park is a must for your vacation.

Excellent property!!!

This is a beautiful property. It is a lot bigger in person than the pictures. It is clean and tidy, well equipped, and the outdoor deck space is huge. It overlooks trees and is very serene and relaxing. Itā€™s in a great location and you can get to everything you need fairly quickly.There was plenty of parking, the elevators always worked. Well, there were plenty of towels and linens, and items in the kitchen for cooking meals.The property manager was responsive to a couple of minor fixes we needed done. The neighbors were quiet, and we had no issues here. Would definitely book again!

The property was clean (with a few minor exceptions) and the property manager was very responsive. The air conditioning was not working which put a damper on the trip. The host did not reply to our concerns

Beautiful property, the host Shelley responded to any questions I had. The property was as described, simple but nice. A few light bulbs need to be changed and the sliding screen door to the patio needs to be fixed. Other than those few hiccups everything was great.

Great Snowbird Experience

The condo was in a great location with easy access to pools. The property manager was prompt in answering our questions and easy to contact. The price was reasonable compared to other options. While the beds and outdoor furniture were comfortable, the living room and dining room furniture were outdated and uncomfortable. We did enjoy our stay and we were very happy with all communication with the property manager. Thank you!

Beautiful

The condo was wonderful with plenty of things to do it seemed. Unfortunately we were here for a soccer tournament, so we didnā€™t get to use many of the amenities. The only thing I would recommend is to bring dish soap, paper towels, and extra toilet paper as there was not an adequate supply.

Had a lot of room for 2 adults and 3 teenage kids. Would recommend bringing more of your own TP, paper towels, detergent. Sink does need some work. But loved the shuttle around the property!

This property was great for the most part. Very clean and spacious to accommodate my family. However,there were a few things that need to be fixed to make the stay better. The first single bed room fan did not work so it was very hot in there, not all lights in kitchen work, there were barely enough towels/wash cloths so we had to chase down housekeeping, the couch is very uncomfortable where when you sit on it you feel the sofa bed, and our access cards did not work. Everywhere we went on site that required it we had to be let in by someone. Other than those things it was a great stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Well the bedroom with the queen bed the fan didnā€™t work. The fan in bathroom didnā€™t work either. Not enough towels for everyone. The faucet was weird in kitchen! No fireworks to be seen from balcony, I did like the quiet of the place it was about 20 min away from all the parks

It was okay

The rental was pretty dusty and had a lot of cobwebs. Especially under the beds. Weā€™re latinas so we always clean our bathrooms as soon as we check in and they werenā€™t clean to our standards. Overall it was okay as far as cleanliness. They did have some water damage on the ceiling of 2 rooms that were not aesthetically pleasing but the property manager responded right away and said they were having some problems with getting that fixed on time before our arrival. We did appreciate the quickness in response. The beds were pretty high for us, weā€™re all under 5ā€™4. Decor is pretty outdated. The temp in the rental was HOT when we got there. It takes a while for it to cool down as itā€™s on the top floor. We were very surprised at how warm it was being that weā€™re all FL residents and travel quite a bit. Weā€™re used to rentals being cool at time of arrival. The beds were comfy and water pressure was good. Kitchen was very clean. Overall everything was in working order in the rental.The resort is very quiet and beautiful. Very close to restaurants and Disney. Overall we would give it 3.5 of 5 stars. It was priced fairly. I would recommend a deep cleaning and updating furniture and decor to compliment the area.

The condo and property were both beautiful. Shuttle service was not good except for Amid. The security and gate keepers excellent. I was not aware we didn't have towel service, trash bags, dishwasher fluid, toliet paper. We had to buy all this plus so much more. There were not fireworks nightly for us to watch from the balcony. The ceiling fan in the front queen room did not work, handle to balcony needed to be fixed. Furniture in living area very uncomfortable, needed new cushions . Beds were comfortable, 3 bathrooms worked perfectly. The location was not convenient or close to anything. Alot of traffic and over an hour to beaches. Beautiful condo, but I would not book again.

Great locale but needs work

This was a great location. Quiet and convenient. Check-in/out was seamless. Lots of pluses for this property. However, there were some areas that need addressing. Door handle to balcony barely holding on by a thread. One bedroom was very warm and ceiling fan would not work. Thermostat had a mind of it's own. Overall communication was good, but often took a couple of reminders to get a response. For the most part, the code for lock worked, but usually took 3-4 tries. It needed more attention to the vacuuming of the carpet. There were chipc and crumbs on the floor. All that being said, the plusses outweighed the minuses. Hope y'all have a great stay as we did.

Beautifull place bad clean

The place and location is very nice and accessible, but since we arrived the cleaning was terrible: the lamp that illuminates the dining room table is made of spiderweb (I have photos) In one of the bedrooms we found bags and a small towel that was totally hard . The table in the center of the room with dust. The kitchen oven is very dirty (I have a photo). They should respectfully improve these aspects. Otherwise, all good. Thank you

This a very nice property in a residential community, very quiet and peaceful. There's a water park and a small pool available. The unit was very nice and internet fast and reliable. The only oddity was a requirement to bring out your own garbage or a $50 fee would be charged. The raccoons by the garbage were friendly and followed us home.

Great location for Disney and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Quiet and private building. Plenty of food choices on resort property and nearby. Reasonably priced. Would recommend!
