Great vacation home!

Overall the stay was very nice and the owner was so prompt in responding to any messages. Just one thing about the spa, if it is allowed to heat up more after 9PM it would be great to have some peaceful time after a long day at the theme parks.

Lovely villa

Lovely, very comfortable villa in a great location. Parts of it are a bit tired and could do with some work done but nothing that remotely spoiled our holiday. The letting agents responded quickly to a couple of issues that we had. The villa was spotless when we arrived. Recommended.

Report of our vacation

Great house in a great location. Everything you need for a great holiday was there. First-class communication with the owner. Great pool and whirlpool. Unfortunately I still have two small criticisms to make. 1. The grill was so dirty that it was unusable. A thorough cleaning is absolutely necessary. 2. The pool table is broken, so the balls that were potted kept jumping through the garage. Basically no problem, you don't have to deal with that on holiday. 3. The air conditioning. It has broken down constantly for the last 8 days. After informing the management twice, a technician came. Despite this, the system is still broken, especially at night. With the night temperatures (around 24 degrees), it got quite warm in the house. Maintenance/repair is absolutely and urgently necessary. Despite this, we would book it again and again if the air conditioning worked.

Comfortable stay

Home was great and very spacious. Two children's rooms both with two twins, two master rooms each with a bathroom makes this perfect with two small families. Kitchen is well appointed with cooking tools but does not have any basic seasonings so you will need to pick up what you need to cook with. Lots of toys and fun for kids here also. Quiet little neighborhood and only took about 30 minutes to get to Disneyland with traffic each morning. Pool was a tiny bit tricky to figure out so read the nice guide left!

Peaceful getaway

The home is very clean with all the necessities you would need for an extended stay. We had a couple of issues. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night. The management company was notified first thing in the morning. Within the hour, the AC was fixed. The other issue was the hot tub will not operate in the evening. This is unfortunate if you plan on relaxing after a great day at the parks. The manager and owners were notified but unfortunately it was not fixed. Overall a great stay with great communication with the owners and management company.

Nice home in a great neighborhood

The house was clean and comfortable It was in a very nice neighborhood that was quiet but close to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool and spa were very nice as well. We would definitely stay again!

great base for disney

This is an excellent villa for those who want to hit the parks in the day and chill out in the pool and spa afterwards. Villa is very well equiped, everytihing you would ever need. the parks are about 30mins with traffic, but an easy drive.The games room was also a bonus Would highly recommend this place for families.

Lovely holiday place

We have just finished our 2 week holiday at this villa. Communication with the owners was always answered quickly. The villa was spotless, very spacious with 2 very large beds and 4 singles. En suite in both double rooms were plenty big enough and a seperate bathroom inbetween the 2 singles meant there was enough toilets. Kitchen again was very big and had plenty of utensils, crockery etc. The pool was perfect temperature and the jacuzzi was a touch of something special. A large outside dining table with chairs and 2 sun loungers completes the set up outside. If we were to ever come back to florida would definitely stay here again.

Not what we expected

This seemed very worn and dated. The pool was dirty. The furniture is old broken and full of bugs. The beds are super uncomfortable. The toilets run constantly. Handle was broken on one and shower door wouldn’t shut. Tv in kids room didn’t work. Fooseball table was broken. Air conditioning was on some kind of timer. We will not be returning there

Family vacation

Everything was as described and pictured. We were always on the run to the parks. It took is 20 minutes to Disney and 45 minutes to Universal. Overall great experience

Beautiful Getaway

Highly recommend this beautiful villa. Perfect location close to stores and driving distance to Disney and Universal without being in the tourist crowd. The pool and hot tub were such a treat, and the home is laid out so everyone has their own space but can also have family time in the pool, game room, kitchen, and large living room. My kids loved being able to access their shows and watch tv from their bedrooms after a long day of adventures. It was especially nice to have towels available as well as washer and dryer. Lots of detailed instructions and information on hand for a stress free week!

Great family vacation

Property as described, you will need to hit grocery store/dollar tree for food/necessities as expected. Very comfortable, paid for pool heating-totally worth it. Dealt with Tropical storm Nicole while we were here(Nov '22) but had plenty to keep the kids occupied! Owners very responsive to questions.

Lovely villa

Had a wonderful time at butterfly villa. The interior villa temperature was perfect and once sorted the pool heating was perfect. Tv in every room with rakuten. Only criticism is the pool table and air hockey tables were unusable as could not be levelled so balls just rolled to one side. And the pool had sand in the bottom so this didn't seem to have been cleaned, this was in there for the two weeks we were there but didn't really cause any issues. The owners were very quick in sorting the pool heating for us and were very helpful in answering any questions we had. Would I stay here again? Yes

Wonderful Vacation

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at the beautiful Butterfly Villa. My children didn't want to go anywhere else! As before, the warm and inviting atmosphere didn't disappoint! The house itself is gorgeous and super clean. The TV viewing options were great, the kitchen was fully stocked, the game room was lots of fun, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was amazing! We just might have to go back next year!!

Very nice enjoyable vacation. Butterfly Villa was everything and more we expected.

My grandsons and son really enjoyed the pool table. My grandsons enjoyed the game room, pool table, air hockey table, and the video game room. I like , that the Villa was very clean, love all the decorations, and the fact that the kitchen was fully equipped, since I chose to cook some meals. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. Our children loved the pool. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to go to and yet it was far enough out from traffic. We loved having a home to go home to after long hot days of theme parks and walking. Very clean home!!!! The bedrooms were perfect sizes and the kids loved having themed rooms. They had their privacy for good night rests and the beds were all so comfy! They really thought everything out to give you a enjoyable experience. -Wills’ family
