Beautiful modern home in a private sunny garden with plenty of outdoor space for summer entertaining.
An easy 10 minute stroll to the boat ramp / beach.
The house has recently been updated with new furniture and comfortable bedding
Off road parking available for 3 cars or a boat and car
Only a 45 minute drive to Whakapapa Ski field so perfect for winter stays as well.
Pse supply own linen (sheets, towels etc) beds have duvets with duvet covers and pillows
