About this property
Trails End by the Bay of Quinte & Tracks
Renovated Century Home with modern finishes. Breathtaking views and easy access to the world famous Bay of Quinte, walking trails, and shops. Across the bridge 35 from the beautiful Prince Edward County.
Easy access to the Bay of Quinte waterway across the street and the Bayshore trail. Perfect for ice fishing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the winter. And walking, biking, running and rollerblading in spring, summer and Fall.
Property overlooks the Herchimer Public Boat launch for easy access to the best fishing in all of Ontario. (Boat parking available at the home)
Enjoy calming sounds of the Canadian Pacific Trains that travel through the city on no set schedule and directly behind the home in the backyard. They don’t blow their whistles or horns.
***(Belleville was hit by a terrible wind storm a month ago June 2022 - we lost a few very large trees along our hedge line to the CP tracks. They created a natural barrier for sound and sight of the train. We are in the process of getting a fence put up to create a barrier again - we apologize in advance for any inconvenience)***
