Plenty of restaurant and bars (Brazooka, the coffee club, Papanui Flame, etc.)

Bottle Lake Forest Park and beach park is 10 minutes away and plenty of local parks and walks.
Willowbank Wildlife Reserve is 8 minutes away and it's a family friendly zoo.

This beautiful town house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking and there is an internal garage with one car access. Please do not park on the shared driveway.

Getting to the house is easy from all directions. 15 minutes drive from Christchurch International Airport, 12 minutes drive from Christchurch city centre and motorway 74 connecting north Canterbury is 2 minutes away. It just can't get easier to commute.
