Other things to note

Electricity Consumption
1️⃣ Check the electric meter upon arrival (we will also send you a photo).

2️⃣ You only pay for what you use. The electricity rate is $0.35 per kW. The average consumption for two people is about 5 kW per day (~$1.75/day) with responsible use. This may vary depending on air conditioning and jacuzzi usage.

3️⃣ Monitor your consumption in real time using the meter inside the studio.

4️⃣ Energy Fee Payment Options

Pay directly to the co-host before your departure for a hassle-free experience.
Prefer to pay through Airbnb? No problem! A payment link will be sent to you on the day of your departure.
Comfort & Amenities
🛁 Great news! As of March 2025, our studio is equipped with hot water, ensuring a more comfortable stay.

Access Card
A magnetic card is required to enter and exit the community. Do not lose it! A replacement fee of $50 will apply in case of loss.

Check-Out Time
🕙 Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and incurs a $10 per hour fee.

After 10:00 AM: A $10 fee applies for housekeeping adjustments.
After 11:00 AM: An additional $10 fee will be charged, as the room must be prepared for the next guest.
Tips to Reduce Your Electricity Consumption
✅ Air Conditioning: Use it between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, set between 22-27°C (72-80°F).
✅ Ceiling Fan: Use it between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM to maintain a pleasant temperature.
✅ Jacuzzi: Limit usage and turn it off after use.

House Rules
🚭 No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on the terraces.
🔇 Respect the neighbors: No parties and quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
👥 Guest limit: Follow the number of guests in your reservation. A $15 fee applies for undeclared additional guests.
🚗 Parking: Use your private parking spot (1 space available).
