Be Aware
There is not enough room to leave my full review - it's that bad.
1. “Please note the property has a basement that is not available for guest(s).” That’s because someone else lives there! No mention of this on the listing. We were told when we showed up after a 2 day drive. Separate entrance and all but you could hear “the basement people”.
2. The previous tenant left his car in the driveway with permission of the property manager. He was allegedly coming to pick it up 4 days later. We had to park on the street (cuz the basement people had the other spot!)
3. Do not plan on using the BBQ. The grill itself was rust covered and the dilapidated brush was covered in dirt and old grease.
4. No coffee maker. I texted and the property manager called - told me he’d bring me one the next day. Never showed up.
5. The hand held shower in the main bathroom is like one you'd find at a campground. The tub itself has a very slow drain. You'll be standing in two inches of water.
6. We booked this 11 months in advance, texted the owner several times in the week leading up, even two hours before we arrived. The guy that showed us in (Chris) said he forgot we were coming. BTW, he was living in the very large master bedroom that is locked on the second floor. He did not stay while we were there but it was evident it was his room - and it was a mess.
7. Note that “Your Host” is not identified on either of the properties. I would not book this place ever again.
