Located on 2nd level, this pet-friendly condo with comfortable furnishings has panoramic lake and golf course views and a lovely view of the 1st fairway of Oyster Bay Golf Links.
The open floor plan allows ample space to enjoy the condo amenities from any room. Adjoining dining/kitchen and living areas open to a large wrap-around deck with two large sets of sliding glass doors. Unwind on the deck after a day of golf or beach activity and take in the scenic view of the golf course and natural surroundings. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has an adjacent dining area with a table for four. Additional seating for four is available at the raised kitchen bar. The condo has high speed wireless Internet and three televisions. The living room has a large screen 48” smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom is equipped with 2 Full beds, television and access to adjoining baths. The front bedroom also has a private screened porch area with sliding glass door access. The condo has central heat & air, along with a large ceiling fan in the central area for comfort in every season. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use.
The community grounds have an outdoor pool, charcoal grills and tennis courts with basketball hoop on site. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are provided for every rental. Sunset Beach is only a 3 mile drive away and is an unspoiled barrier island with soft sand and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Reserve this condo for a memorable stay in an ideal location!
