Ideally located on a peaceful street just a stone’s throw from the beach, this newly renovated property has everything you need for a relaxed getaway – and then some!

A sparkling, in-ground swimming pool (heated in winter) into a cosy deck with comfy sun lounges offers you the best of both worlds, leaving you only to decide if you’d rather a dip in the pool or paddle in the ocean.

Serene has four bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the study so the whole family can get a good night’s sleep; ducted air conditioning throughout to help you cool off after a day spent enjoying the great outdoors; and plenty of in-home entertainment options, from Netflix to books and boardgames, so all your bases are covered for a carefree holiday.

But there are a whole host of thoughtful extras that will make your time at Serene extra special. The gorgeous, modern bathroom and ensuite both have heated floors and heated towel racks, ideal for early morning starts or cosy winter getaways. You can pop into the designated work-from-home space if you need to check in on your business between swims, and you’ll enjoy whipping up fabulous fresh meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which also features a huge oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and wine fridge, plus opening bi-fold windows connecting you to the outdoor dining area.

Even the littlest member of your family will feel right at home, with a highchair, porta cot, and baby change table available for use. And don’t worry, your four-legged friend hasn’t been forgotten, there’s plenty of room for them to run around in the fully-enclosed backyard, and dog bowls are also supplied.

- Bedroom 4 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top)
- The pool is only heated in the winter months (June-August)
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- The Double sofa bed is more suited to children and may not be suitable for adults as it rolls out and sits on the floor.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the front door and on the garage side wall, side of the house (not facing guest areas). They will be on during your stay.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced (rear garden - front garden unfenced).
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning throughout.
- This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.

A lovely house for a family to enjoy.
Check in was simple. House was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen utensils were a bit light on. Not enough sharp knives or tongs or A large fork to slice a roast. only 2 chux which was not enough. Leave a whole roll pls. We did not think it was great value per night. So overpriced and no views. House is close to beach but in a suburban street. Not worth the price paid. We enjoyed our time there but would not book again due to price.

Large property with room to improve
Well, I expected better. What was good - swimming pool nice and clean and enough beds/bedrooms; two separate loungerooms are also very handy. Netflix available - fantastic. What was not so good: Claim that 12 people can stay is overstated. There were two pots and two frying pans, small and medium size - not enough to cook anything for 12 people (although we had 5 only, it was still tight). Only two hand towels were left (for 5 adults). No kitchen towels, no dish drying rack, no water jug. Barbeque was very dirty. There were cockroaches in the house. No outside shower to rinse the sand off after the beach. Also it would have been lovely to have a nice welcome card or flowers, or even small milk in the fridge to say thank you and welcome. We used other properties many times, and this property definitely did not feel homely or welcoming.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
