Beware!-Sad, bad and SMELLED in need of updating
BEWARE pictures in ad are "accurate"what you cant see in photos is that this home is in very poor condition and does not represent the standard one would expect in a rental property. From the time that you enter the cob web covered front door to exiting the rear deck that is sitting on multiple stacked patio stones& rubber matts this home is BAD. Every chair /sofa in this home had rips and torn except two that for inexplicable reasons were covered in weird ill filling slip covers. Torn sofa covered in a blanket. Extra worn and torn or not for use furniture present that isn't in photos. DR chairs that were wobbly and falling apart also with torn seats.Carpets were stained, frayed and worn to backing. Bed side tables were either plastic bin-drawers or old LR end tables turned sideways. The blind in primary bedroom is torn and the host has put packing tape over it rather than replace. A bedroom in the basement has also had the packing tape treatment to secure the window and has beach towels over broken blinds as curtains. The entire basement is a weird empty space except this bedroom. The kitchen equipment was all mismatched and poor quality. House smelled-host tried covering with many air fresheners. Mildewed shower, burn holes in bathroom floor. Too bad cant post photos in review. Because pics aren't false in ad host hasn't misrepresented property but should be cheaper or updated. A/C great.Location great.Cleaner did good job.Host- spend a bit of money-could be great.
