Walking down to the waterfront to use the kayaks was fun. Nice large patio to relax and enjoy the amazing view. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, would definitely stay again!
This was a great place to stay. Kayaks available and great views of the bay. Quiet location and the apartment was spotless and well equipped. Check in was very easy and efficient. I highly recommend this location for family or a couple.
We appreciated the welcome upon our arrival. Communication with the host was excellent. The vacation rental was immaculate and well appointed. The location is stunning above Porpoise Lake. Only 8 minutes by car to downtown Sechelt bars, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!
Had a pleasent stay at Koka on the Coast. The location was perfect, quite and convenient and the added covered outdoor space allowed for alot of area to move around in. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances so we didn't miss having a stove. Spent most of our time hiking in the area and had a nice kayak paddle in the inlet.
We had an awesome experience staying here with our Toby the Westie. Direct access to porpoise bay with kayaks available. We picked up some oisters steps away from our door and with ready to use gas barbecue on the patio, it was a delicious meal. Hosts are friendly and make sure that we have everything we need. It’s a 10/10 amazing stay and we will be back.
Amazing place!! Gorgeous property with private beach and fabulous accommodation. Everything you could possibly need including keurig coffe maker, air fryer, and bbq, plus so many nice touches like a fruit bowl with chips, popcorn, and chocolates, pop in the fridge, and blankets for sitting out in the comfy chairs watching the orcas. We absolutely loved it and will be back to find more inner peace!
Beautiful spot right on the water. Could of just hung out there all day but was too busy exploring everything else in the area. Host was helpful and friendly
We stayed for 5 days abd it was an amazing experience. This place has everything you need for a comfortable getaway.
The unit is very well equipped and for a great deal.
Communication with the host was good, fast and accurate.
The place itself is a gem.
We and our furry friends enjoyed our time there.
We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 kids. The interior was very clean and comfortable. Basic essentials provided in bathroom and kitchen, including coffee & tea. Three outdoor sitting areas with ocean access. Lovely property manager with great communication.
Comfortable and well equipped suite in a great location
We booked this ground floor suite in Myrna’s lovely home for the convenience of being close to our friends’ home while we visited for a few days. Myrna is such a lovely person, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, actually ordering TSN so we could keep up with the Canucks playoff hockey news! The suite is spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, a private entrance, easy access down a few stairs to the beach, and has many little added touches that we very much appreciated. There are three suites in the home, the other two we think have lovely views of the water. We would definitely book with Myrna again.

We loved this place! So quiet and peaceful, with amazing views of the water and access to the private beach. The unit was clean and nicely setup, and very private - barely saw anyone else while we were there. Also very pet-friendly, our dog loved it.
Highly recommend.
Good to know:
- the address we were given didn’t quite match the one on the sign, so we had some confusion trying to find it.
- the house is on a steep slope so there are lots of stairs, especially going down to the beach. Use caution for those with knee/hip/mobility challenges.
- the driveway is curved and steep and works best to back down for parking. It was quite intimidating at first, but not too bad with a spotter and taking it slow.
