Large 3 storey home overlooking Quamichan lake with amazing views of the entire Cowichan Valley. Huge front deck with Gas BBQ and private backyard with 16 ft hockey shooting tarp and synthetic ice tiles. Chefs kitchen with twin gas stoves and ovens, perfect for hosting large families or groups. Middle floor dedicated to entertaining which includes the 86 inch flat screen tv with surround sound, 4 bedrooms on upper floor, 1 bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor. 5 mins to downtown Duncan, 45 mins to Victoria. Marina with ocean access less than 10 mins away. Located 2min bike ride , 5 mins walk to Mt Tzouhalem for those interested in hikes or entrants of the BC Bike Race in July. Connecting hiking trails also located with direct access from our back yard.
