Guest Access:
A code will be provided to access the garage. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. The amenities provided in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are enough to a guest started during a trip. We do not provide an excess amount of amenities for more than a couple of days. Guests are responsible for purchasing these items if they run out during their stay.

As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if our company is responsible for payment collection.
