A media room is very enjoyable for a cinema and sound experience or as another room in which to relax.
A large study with downstairs guests bathroom with additional sleeping option if required.
A games room inclusive of sauna, treadmill and weights as well as another full ensuite with a further additional sleeping option if required.
Large lounge dining room with a 5 metre dining room table and extensions ideal for entertaining.
Separate open plan entertaining kitchen and large table with family room and fire place
Butlers kitchen inclusive of 3 dishwashers and 2 ovens in total in the kitchens/
2 washing machines - front and top loaders as well as a drying cupboard and internal clothes line.
A cot, high chair, kids toys, books and rocking horse
Available for use are 2 printers - 1 colour and 1 black and white
Barbecue and outdoor entertaining including a swimming pool water feature
Gardens designed by leading landscape architect Jack Merlo.
Being involved with art our home includes a range of quality Australian works by artists exhibiting in the national and state art galleries.
Our home is supported with full security.
Subject to approval and sighting a full licence details and agreement to cover excess for any accident we would be prepared to enter into an arrangement that includes the Tesla inclusive of a child seat for a reasonable sum.
Our home is within close proximity to the local beaches, to High Street Armadale and to cosmopolitan Acland Street. It is also very accessible to the city and Docklands and to so much and so readily that Melbourne has to offer.

Your host

This is the first time we are making our wonderful home for others to enjoy. It is well located next to amenities walking distance to cool cafes and partks. The home faces north and so enjoys warmth and light all year round.
Why they chose this property
This home is spacious and comfortable. It always makes an impression and has a wonderful feel ready for your enjoyment. This is either in one of entertainment and relaxing areas or to stream your favourite show in our media room with a projection of 150 inches and sound quality to match. And if not a movie then have a sauna and a game of pool and or jog on the treadmill or do weights and yoga online.
