The four of us loved the home and location. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Would recommend this location to our friends and family. As stated in other posts having luggage on the smaller side works well with the narrow stairs. Only thing better would have been a win for our hometown team!
My wife and 2 kids stayed here over a long weekend for a wedding and to catch an O's game. The location couldn't have been better and never did we feel unsafe. It was a great overall experience and much much nicer than staying a hotel with the 4 of us. We will be back again for sure.
This property was an outstanding location to take in a weekend of Orioles baseball. All that was missing was a guarantee of 3 wins (we took 2 out of 3). Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space given narrowness of the building, but it was perfect for our needs. Owner was easy to contact and set up our parking permissions for the neighborhood. It was a really enjoyable stay, and we'd be happy to stay again!
Our family had a nice stay here. It was right across from Camden Yards and about 20 min walk to Inner Harbor. My teens loved the house and the historic neighborhood. I planned ahead and used smaller suitcases because I know getting large suitcases to the upstairs bedrooms would be difficult. Larry was great to work with. We would definitely stay again when in Baltimore.
The location of this property was perfect if you’re catching a baseball or football game in the city. Cleanliness wasn’t the best and we did have some problems with ants mainly on the first floor.

Great stay! Great outdoor space and beautiful tree lined street!
My extended family stayed here the week of my wedding and loved it, particularly the quiet and the outdoor patio space. The location is perfect (right by the stadium, which also means right by the light rail and not a far walk from the waterfront), there is a parking pass and we often parked right in front of the house, and the rooms were comfortable. The owner was really helpful with booking and getting us the information needed to access the house. Loved it and will try to book again next time my family visits.

perfect location for weekend in Baltimore
This vacation rental was the perfect location for my family of 6 to enjoy the sights and sounds of Baltimore as well as attend our son's graduation from grad school. We took in the sights of the Inner Harbor, visited the aquarium and ate at Phillips Seafood and Miss Shirley's. Enjoyed both meals out, and on the recommendation of the owner, ordered our groceries online at Harris Teeter and picked them up on the way in from the airport. It was great to cook on a charcoal grill again. We enjoyed the sounds of the ballpark and attended a Saturday afternoon game. A good time had by all!

Fantastic!
This property was the ideal location for a visit to Baltimore. With Camden Yards just across the street we didn't have to waste any time fighting traffic or worrying about parking. An easy walk to the Inner Harbor and many other venues in Baltimore (including the Convention Center just three blocks away).
The owners were great to work with, and very helpful. Attractive decor and the furnishings are very comfortable. Everything we needed was there - in the kitchen, plenty of fluffy towels in the bathrooms, laundry supplies, and even an air mattress just in case you need an extra bed for some reason. We spent a lot of time in the back patio enjoying the spring flowers blooming there. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Cute house, great location, comfy beds!
Stayed with a small group of girlfriends while we were in town for a conference. The house is adorable & the location's proximity to the Baltimore Convention Center & ballpark is AMAZING. It's always hard to sleep somewhere that's "not home" and the house's beds are super comfy, so sleeping was no problem!
A couple notes for future travelers:
-The windy circular wood stairs are a little precarious if you're not terribly nimble or have a large bag.
- Make sure you bring your own soap

A Wonderful Experience!
What a great find this house was!
I appreciate that we could walk everywhere! For all you Oriole fans, the stadium is right across the street!
An easy walk to the Inner Harbor and many other places in the area.
The owner, Larry is literally the BEST leaser I've ever worked with! And the fastest to reply to all questions. And resolve any issues; which really we had none.
The furniture is comfy. The air conditioning worked fantastically! Actually, every appliance, etc. etc. was in great-working order. LOTS of dishware, silverware, etc.
I loved how quiet the neighborhood is. Even the night the Orioles had a game! The neighbors were friendly and we never felt unsafe in the area.
The little patio out back is a nice bonus.
You will never have to worry if you stay here, because Larry explains everything thoroughly and ALWAYS returns calls or texts quickly.
I would absolutely lease the house again, if I were coming out to Baltimore again!

Great location and plenty of space
We had a guys reunion here and stayed for three nights. The place was very clean and modern with newer appliances and fixtures, nicely furnished, very comfortabel beds and flat screens in every room. Great backyard with large table and chairs. Right across from Camden Yards and M&T Stadium. Three floors and a narrow staircase so older folks might have a challenge. Would stay here again when in Baltimore!

Short walk to University, Sports events, Inner Harbor
We chose this home because of its distance to attractions: 12 minutes to Univ of Maryland, Inner Harbor, and if you are interested, the Orioles stadium and Ravens football. Once we chose it, Larry was incredibly helpful with questions and information. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware and utensils, dishwasher, micro, great fridge, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The third floor (King? Queen?) bedroom was luxurious w/ own bathroom, 2 stairwells to get to, but beautiful!! The backyard courtyard was lovely too, as we had an hour to rest outside for snacks. There was A/C, bedroom fans and a great TV in the bedrooms and Living Room. This rental is best for people who don't mind the narrow staircases going up from first to second floor, then second to third, as my elderly mom would never be able to maneuver, but that is the charm of this home, in a row with other homes. It is narrow, and winds, but Larry's description details this. We parents and adult children had no problems at all with this! There was a much used and appreciated parking pass that we used a lot. There were 5 in our party, and we never got into each other's way. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else on my daughter's first move-in day to the University (12 minute walk; 6 minute drive, easy!) while we explored the area. Thank you Larry for being so accommodating to us Rhode Islanders!

Great location
Location great for walking and exploring. Very close to both stadiums. Great coffee shop a quick walk away - Peace and a Cup of Joe. Skip the bistro and wine bar nearby.
Stairs are tight in the house but you expect that in these houses. Would stay here again.

Great Baltimore location!
Wonderful place, close to everything. We were there for the commissioning of the USS Zumwalt, so the location worked well for us. Stairs are a little wicked, but other than that, the place is wonderful.

Loved the historic and classical look of this Baltimore rowhouse.
The location was perfect for going to the baseball games (literally just across the street) and within brief walking distance to the Inner Harbor where you can do so many things. The house was perfect for us and Larry worked with us easily. And when we accidentally locked ourselves out he was quick to respond and get us back in. We loved our stay.

good impression , instructions clear , property clean & an overall very good first impression
My first trip to the Inner Harbor & this property was in very close proximity within walking distance to the Harbor & many shops & restaurants so we walked everywhere . The house was clean with a nice decor . Two nice full baths & had all amenities & toiletries provided which was great bc it limits what you have to bring from home. The owner was readily available if needed & accommodating . Directly across the street from the Orioles stadium . We felt safe in our location . Enough room for the 7 of us.. The stairs a little tricky so better for older kids . . Would recommend this place for your trip to the Harbor

Cosy townhouse right next to the Baseball Stadium
We required accommodation for seven people (four adults and three small children under five) in Baltimore, with a kitchen and laundry. This townhouse met our needs. It was quite small for all seven of us, but that is expected with any accommodation of this nature right in the city. The location was good and we felt safe. The stairs are quite precarious, but Larry warned us of these before he accepted our reservation (there were no surprises). Larry is excellent to deal with, an excellent communicator and he was always easy to get in touch with and available to assist if required. Our favorite aspect of the home was the fenced courtyard out the back with grill; perfect for children and for alfresco dining. Overall, we were happy with our choice.

Stay in Baltimore
The property was in a great location, contact person Larry was very responsive and helpful. Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable and wi-fi was great. Dishes, ironing board-everything was available. Only downer was the parking situation-although one parking pass was provided it took a while sometimes to find a place to park in even with the parking pass. Luckily a neighbor told us about a hidden little lot down the street where we could pretty much always find an empty slot. Also, had a little problem opening the lockbox, however, I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a nice rental in a great location!

Hosted by Larry Adams
The Adams live in Federal Hill, less than a mile from the vacation rental. Larry is a Physical Therapist in Baltimore and Kathy teaches Art and Sculpture, we have an 11 year old son. We love living downtown and are sure that you will love Baltimore too.
Why they chose this property
I rented this home in 1997-1998 until the owner decided to move back into the home, I was heartbroken to move out but told the owner that if he ever wanted to sell the home that I wanted to be contacted before he spoke with an agent. The owner spent the next 4 years living in and rehabbing the house, in 2002 he decided to retire and move to New Mexico and Kathy and I became first time homebuyers.
