Bring the whole family to this great space with lots of room for fun! This gorgeous home has been beautifully updated to give you a modern, homey feel with everything you need. This 4-bedroom resort is a stone's throw from Disney Theme Park; Disney Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Downtown. Universal Studios, Wet and Wild and Sea World are also a short drive away. The famous Champions Gate Golf Course, and surrounded by several amazing restaurants are just minutes away. The home is equipped with a private pool (not heated), game room, BBQ, TV and Wifi throughout, as well as access to all the club amenities. Come ready to relax and enjoy your vacation in this home!

*Please note the private pool is not heated and there is no option to heat it at this time. Renting this house you acknowledge no pool heat will be available during your stay. Thank you

Aviana Resort is a beautiful, gated community featuring a clubhouse with multiple amenities including, pool table, ping pong table, community pool (not heated), community hot tub, pool cabanas, fitness center, sand volleyball court, putting green, fishing pier, playground, multiple TV's and free broadband internet. Aviana is also close to Disney and other major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Providence Golf Club is just down the road and only minutes from Champions Gate Golf Resort, for the family members who play golf. And lastly, if you want to enjoy the Florida beaches, it is about 2 hours to the east and west coast beaches.

Not totally satisfied

We found the house very clean. Also the linens ( towels, sheets) were very nice. The beds were very comfortable. However, the kitchen lacked a basic can opener. Also the TV /great room didn't have a single end table or coffee table. Lighting in that room was poor. The pool enclosure was very dirty and stained. Also, pool area furniture was missing when we arrived. When the maintenance staff member retrieved it from the side yard, it was dirty and needed cleaning, which we did on our own. The property description stated it was in a gated community with a clubhouse and heated pool/hot tub. Turns out the community pool was not being heated and the hot tub was completely out of service for repair. Also, the community clubhouse furniture was dirty with mildew stains.

Amazing stay and wonderful communication!

We absolutely loved our stay in Davenport! The house was immaculate. Everything worked well. We were completely relaxed and well taken care of. Everything we needed we had available to us. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

The whole reason we rented a house with a private pool was so we could enjoy swimming. However is was raining so we couldn't swim. We also couldn't grill or relax on the back patio pool area because it was covered by only a screen. There was no protection from the rain. We also were not happy that their were no tvs in any of the bedrooms. We will not rent this specific home again. We had a friend that rented in the same gated community and they not only had tvs in all bedrooms they also had Xbox game system. We were much happier in the 3/3 condo that we normally rent every year.

The only issue was the palm tree sdropin sap on one of are cars also yard sprinkler system needs to be checked or adjusted other than that we would stay at this house again
