The bathroom is renovated, it has beautiful Tunisian floor tiles, frameless sliding shower door and a Duravet German sink.
The apartment has a washer and dryer next to the bathroom.
The Kitchen is fully furnished, it has a microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. It has silverware, dishes and china in addition to a dinning set for two.
The living room has a leather living room recliners, a charming turkish rug in addition to a cable TV and internet.
There is also indoor parking.
The apartment is on the first floor and is located within a walking distance to subway station, minutes away from a large variety of restaurants and shopping centers in addition to a 24 hours Gym.
Few blocks away from tennis courts, a nice walk by the east river and the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. JFK is half an hour away by car or it can be reached by taking the subway to the the Atlantic Ave-Barkly Center station where the LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) station is from which a train goes to Jamaica Ave where the JFK air train runs to all the terminals of JFK.
The apartment is perfect for professionals, interns in the VA hospital as well as other area hospitals.

Bay Ridge is a beautiful area of Brooklyn, third Ave was on the Guinness world's record for the number of restaurants and stores per square mile.

It is a first floor apartment, quiet, clean and cozy. The king size bed is specially comfortable with a tempur-pedic mattress.
