This modern 1000 sf walkout garden suite has everything, including bicycles! Furnished in a modern style with comfortable leather furniture, gas fireplace, audio/visual system - 55 inch 4K smart TV and surround sound. The kitchen has up to date appliances and is completely outfitted. There is a built in desk for convenience of those doing work while vacationing. The private, covered patio has a year round barbecue and patio furniture. You’ll find the bedroom is a dream with king size bed and large closet with comfy bath robes. The bathroom has heated tile floor, 2 sinks, separate tub and shower. There is free off street parking and a separate entrance, to make you feel at home. This is a wonderful getaway suitable for one person or a couple. Non smokers only, please. Close to Vic General Hospital, Royal Roads, CFB Esquimalt and the Galloping Goose cycling and walking trail. Thetis Lake is also close by.
