Good Value Nice location
This place was clean and well-located. Communication with management was easy and attentive. Overall, we had a great time, although the beds were somewhat hard and uncomfortable.

We LOVED the condo and its location! It was clean, the furniture was good quality. We did have a few maintenance issues. AC wasn’t working, dryer needed repair, toilet needed attention and a lightbulb went out. But they were responsive and got all things fixed when we asked.

Overall, our stay was great! The property manager was quick to respond to questions, very helpful, and accommodating. The pool was wonderful, the condo was spacious and well kept. The beach restoration project going on at the time, directly in front of our condo for four days was a bit frustrating, it made the direct ocean access not quite so direct, but we made the best of it and still had a fabulous stay. The Pier, restaurants and a grocery store were all within walking distance, which makes for a great location for the condo. We truly enjoyed our time there and are hoping to visit again someday.

This beautiful property is the perfect getaway spot. It's roomy, has a great kitchen, enough bathrooms to accommodate six people. We relaxed on the balcony after dinner, listened to the surf, watched the stars rise. I hope to return.

The unit was clean & nicely decorated. The unit was the best in the building for views. We loved sitting on the balcony. The beach was clean & location to the pier couldn’t be beat. If I would have one recommendation would be to have slightly more comfortable beds. They weren’t bad, but could have been better.

The first thing I saw when I opened the door was the ocean since I could see down the hallway through the patio slider. It was a view out of the movies. This condo had all of the amenities you could need. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms were beautifully remodeled. The master bedroom was perfect. The spare bedroom was not, but we didn’t need the second bedroom. The room was sparsely decorated, a bed was too close to the closet door, and a different set of closet doors were padlocked. The location was great, and we anticipate staying here again.

Great place to stay with a nice view of the beach and ocean. Good amenities like the beach chairs and umbrella. Good central location. Can be a bit noisy on the weekend from the parking lot next door. Would stay there again.

Loved the location right beside the Cocoa Beach pier! The Riki Tiki Tavern bar at the end of the pier was great! Very close to a Publix grocery store which has anything you could need for a great beach vacation. Good view of the ocean with easy access to the beach.the included beach chairs/umbrella cooler was great. Kitchen was fully equipped and very nice living room with large TV. this is a great location , next to the pier . this place is on the beach , was very clean . the only problem was the leaving instructions , management has one set and the room has a different set . the rooms instructions are not to sanitary

Perfect Location
Just wanted to get away and hear the waves and feel the sand on my feet. This condo was as advertised. Everything was neat, clean and comfortable. For me location was the best thing! Directly on beach! Walked right out onto the sand, the pier was very close, nice walk and good food! Very relaxing stay.

Perfect place for a family
Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean, well stocked and right on the ocean. This property is in walking distance to the beach, pier, shops and restaurants. Beach supplies were provided and much appreciated. We always look for rentals with washer/dryer and full kitchens. We cook the majority of our meals when we travel and this kitchen was well stocked. Zareh was available if needed and responsive. It was a great experience!

This place was perfectly placed- steps from the beach, sand volleyball & pier. Well maintained property and very nice. I appreciate the kindness of former renters who left behind some useful household items (detergent). We left our contribution too (coffee & filters). A special thanks to the owners for having a tent for the beach! Would def come back!

Great location
This property is located steps from everything you want in a family beach vacation. We spent hours on the beach or balcony overlooking the beach. Great restaurants are within walking distance or an easy drive if you prefer, but the kitchen is also ready for you to cook your own meals if you wish. Appliances and bedding were all very new. The only thing I would have added we bicycles. Enjoy.
