4 bedrooms a cinema room with 2 more rooms all with high ceilings make this layout with grey and wood tones a masterpiece. Air conditioned through with a butlers kitchen as well as a laundry make the whole place work well. Right across the road from the unique coffee shop and restaurant area. Indemnify:- photos do not always show exact layout as subject to changes.(Parties are not allowed by council and neighbours and pool only heated in warmer months)
