Sun Kissed, located in South Ponte Beach FL is right below Jacksonville, FL. and a short drive to historic St Augustine Florida, the oldest city in the USA.

Sun Kissed is a spacious and well-furnished oceanfront home perfect for family get togethers or a group of friends! This two-story home comes equipped with a whopping 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms! There are plenty of areas to catch up and unwind with the multiple common areas including the living room, upstairs balcony, and downstairs deck! The balcony provides full sun in the afternoon, while the deck downstairs is perfect for getting some shade!

When you walk through the front door, you're immediately in one of the main attractions, the open concept grand kitchen, which features a massive breakfast bar that seats the whole family, the ultra plush living room, and dining area! The kitchen is fully equipped for your every culinary need, including brand-new stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker! Make sure to check the pictures for the ultra-modern kitchen island, with a built in stove top! The kitchen also boasts views of both the living room and the beautiful Atlantic ocean through the floor to ceiling glass doors. 

The master suite is located downstairs (past the stairs) with direct access to the deck so you can get those precious direct ocean views and sounds right from your very own king sized bed. Not only that, but it comes with a private office nook with ocean views! Working while on vacation is never fun, so if you have to, you might as well do it at the beach!

Venturing up to the second floor bedrooms, you first come across Bedroom 2, a queen size bed with direct ocean views and a full en suite bathroom! Bedroom 3 is perfect for new parents, as it contains a king-sized bed, a brand new remodeled shower and a crib for the little ones! There is also a high chair available. Bedroom 4 is great for the younger members of the family, which includes a twin sized bunk bed! The bean bags, couch, and TV make this the prefect teen hangout! Last but not least, bedroom 5 is a cozy room with two twin beds. All upstairs bedrooms except for the bunk bed room all have balcony access! And of course, each bedroom has a TV!

You really can't beat the nearly private beaches of South Ponte Vedra! Even the most crowded days still have plenty of space between you and your fellow beach goers! Did we mention a sandpit area on the main deck for the kids to play in?

Sun Kissed provides all of the essentials and necessities one would expect from their own homes!  Of course, there's a large washer and dryer provided to keep your clothes fresh for your next beach adventure! There's also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off before you go inside!

The Ocean: The Atlantic Ocean can be a VERY dangerous and / or deadly place to swim! There is no lifeguard on site. By signing this agreement, you agree to hold The owner(s) of 2829 South Ponte Vedra and East Coast Sales & Management LLC / “ECBR” harmless and the owners or management company are not responsible for your safety. 

Remember, due to a lack of public parking, the beach may feel like it is private, but it is NOT. The beach and ocean are public and NOT owned by the home owner or the management company.
One of the main dangers is what is commonly known as “Rip Currents”, to become better acquainted with the “Rip Currents” please web search the short video done by NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration)

Dsiclosure
Beach Toys and/or other items that maybe on the property: Beach toys can be considered dangerous. Guests may use them at their own risk. The guests understand that the owners and management company are NOT liable for the use of any beach toys that may be on the property. Guests will hold the owner and East Coast Sales & Management, LLC (East Coast Beach Rental) harmless regarding any toys that may be on the property.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the owner`s closet.

The Neighborhood:
This house is situated on a 17 mile stretch of A1A (South Ponte Vedra Blvd) along the ocean coast. It is just below Jacksonville, FL where you can explore Jax Beach and other spots in Jacksonville. 10 minutes south of Ponte Vedra you'll find the heart of St Augustine, the oldest city in the US where you can tour the original 400+ year old fort, take a horse and carriage tour, or check out the shops on famous St. George Street. St. Augustine offers restaurants from family style on a pier to gourmet restaurants. There's plenty of family fun sightseeing, dining, shopping and recreation!
At the same time you are about 5 minutes from the center of Ponte Vedra (an upscale area) with top golf courses (TPC at Sawgrass) and fine dining options such as Ruth`s Chris, Caps on the Water, Aunt Kates, The Reef and other fine eateries.

Getting Around:
We highly recommend having a vehicle available. Public transportation is not really an option.

Interaction with Guests:
We are always available if and when a guest needs us. We make it easy and safe, using a unique lock code with the guests chooses for the electronic door lock. We don`t require that you stop by our office or make you meet us at the home for access. We LOVE our guests and we are there IF needed, otherwise it`s your vacation and we stay out of your way.
