**MID-MOUNTAIN TOWNHOMES NEAR SILVER LAKE VILLAGE**
Take in the beauty of the mountains from these townhomes located near Deer
Valley's mid-mountain Silver Lake Village. Many of these residences feature a
master suite, living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen and access to private
hot tubs. These spacious townhomes provide plenty of space for the whole
family or to host some friends.
Residence 6605 is a five-story private home featuring five bedrooms and five-
and-a-half bathrooms located in upper Deer Valley. The residence was
completely renovated in 2019 with 5-star designer furnishings and state of the
art electronics.
The entry floor features a two-car garage and ski storage room that can be
utilized for all of your gear and ski clothes.
The upper level provides an office space and extra bedroom. The bedroom has
two queen beds and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in
shower.
The main floor has the master bedroom, living room, gourmet kitchen, and
dining area. The master bedroom offers a king bed with a fireplace, smart TV
and en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a large tub, a large walk-in
shower, walk-in closet, and double sinks. The kitchen features a large pantry,
dual ovens, warming drawer and a breakfast nook that seats up to six people.
The dining area has space to accommodate a party of 12 people. The living room
features a dry bar, smart TV, and gas fireplace perfect for relaxing after a
long day on the mountain.
The two lower levels feature a home theatre, steam room, family room, two
bedrooms with king beds, and a bunkroom. The theatre has seating for eight
with streaming capabilities for movie nights with the whole family. The family
room is equipped with a fireplace, smart TV, billiards table, and wet bar. The
back deck which has a grill and private hot tub is also accessed from this
room. The bunkroom features two twin bunk beds and a twin trundle as well as a
smart TV and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a single sink and shower/tub
combination. Each of the other two bedrooms feature a king bed, smart TV, and
en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
