The property features 4 bedrooms (+ bedroom loft), 2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms and provides a tremendous amount of luxurious space to enjoy with friends, family or both. The Johnson Lakehouse has a fully stocked kitchen to utilize, as well as a washer and dryer all on the main floor. Enhance your experience by relaxing in the hot tub and taking advantage of the heated floors on the main floor and basement! If you're into hitting the slopes, you can rest assured knowing that you are 30 minutes drive to Fernie Ski resort and an hour to Kimberly Ski resort. This property is lakefront with a short downhill hike to the waters edge.

Fabulous Property

This house met all of our expectations and was exactly as listed. Communication, check-in, check-out were all excellent. Would definitely stay here again with our family.

Absolutely Perfect!

We have been staying at VRBO lake houses every summer for the last 20 years, and the Johnson Lake House is the best yet! Not only is it beautiful, with breathtaking views of the lake, the functional layout of this space suits families of all sizes. The spacious kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need, including spices and dry goods. We really appreciated the beverage fridge and counter, a nice area for cold drinks and coffee. The basement would be a perfect place for kids/teens to play games or ping pong. The patio has the large teak table that can seat eight comfortably, and love seats to enjoy a morning coffee. The hot tub was perfectly maintained and a wonderful way to warm up on a rainy night. We always bring our wake boat and we were thrilled with the beautiful new dock! The shoreline can be rough on your feet and wish we had brought our water shoes. Can’t say enough about the gorgeous lake! We will definitely be back! Thank you for the great experience!!

Stunning property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning property. It was everything we hoped for and more. Loved being so close to the water. We were able to moor our boat so we didn’t have to keep taking it out every night. Enough space for everyone. This kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the evening. Nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen. The BBQ was a great addition. The check in and check out was smooth. Can’t say enough great things about our experience here.

Family getaway

Great stay! Be very careful with the beach, we saw a few sand avalanches that were a bit alarming (our child was playing right where it happened just hours before). Having said that the owners were great in making sure we understood the water access, so there was no surprises. Water was so warm and clear! Everything was so wonderful but here are a few things we wish we had : adult puzzle, kettle and chairs on the lower deck.

Fun Relaxing Stay on the Lake

Our family vacation was at the Johnson Lakehouse was great, we all had a good / relaxing time. House was clean & comfortable with more than enough space to accommodate our family, there is also a large manicured yard to throw the ball around. We spent lots of time at the lake, access to the lake is steep and could be challenging for those with mobility issues. We would vacation at Johnson Lakehouse again!
