Fantastic!
Wonderful!, Enjoyed my stay. Hope to stay again in the fall.
My wife and I enjoyed a week in this charming cottage. It was equipped with everything we needed for cooking to beach chairs and ice chest. It was exactly as shown on the listing and located in a very nice and safe neighborhood.
We had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spotless and decorated so nicely. We loved the outdoor shower and private backyard. We hope to return!
Delightful , airy and nicely decorated. our Grandsons love sleeping in the loft!
We are familiar with the Town of Dennisport , but had never stayed there until this year. So much to do for adults and kids. Beaches we lovely, but you do have to get there early every day. Restaurants are perfect, and varied in choices. We would love to come back.!

Perfect choice !
That was the first time in Cape for a Our friend from Brasil who is visiting , we could never bring him to a better place. The house translates the Cape spirit, and had absolutely everything we needed. The neighborhood is friendly, and we even bought fresh honey from the neighbors, fantastic ! We loved our weekend, and look forward to get back soon. Thank you for the coffee and flowers, that was really nice of you.
My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this Dennisport cottage. We had two glitches at the outset with entry and heating--both resolved quickly by phone with Kelly--and everything else was perfect. Comfortable, clean, attractive, well-stocked - couldn't ask for more. It's also a great mid-Cape location, making for less time in the car when traveling to other Provincetown, Chatham, Hyannis, and Falmouth. Lovely vacation in a comfy place. Would stay here again.
Overall, my husband and I and our two young kids had a great vacation staying at this location. Beds were very comfortable which is one of my favorites for making this house rated great.
There was very little things like no Tupperware and no TV other than the one in the master bedroom.
I ended up buying ziplock bags for storing food. We quickly got over the TV situation because we brought games and the couple of movie nights were fun when we piled up in the master bedroom. If my kids were any older, it would definitely be a problem when there’s no longer a bed time.
I must say the decor was beautiful! I wish I could decorate like that. Right down to the throw pillows, I absolutely loved!
Husband and I Loved this home and yard, very neat and clean. Had everything needed. Granddaughter joined us for four days, she had really nice room upstairs, which had full and twin bed in it. House close to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much!!
I had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s property, over the Thanksgiving holiday. I am looking forward to a summer time visit, so I can make full use of the back yard and kayak. Extremely well appointed, and very comfortable. Great combination of historical, beachy, with warm modern touches.
This cottage is adorable, cozy, very clean, and well-appointed. You can tell the owners take great pride in their home. They are communicative as well and and checked in to make sure all was well. The property is centrally located on the Cape with easy access to stores and sites. The nearby CCRT is a gem. We rented bikes and pedaled up to Orleans and back on a safe, scenic path. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is a short drive away, definitely a must do while there. We looked forward to coming home after a full, fun day to this beautiful home. Can't say enough, highly recommend!
This property is centrally located on the Cape and is convenient to several other nearby towns. It is also close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, which we enjoyed. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the deck and backyard. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking/eating at home. The driveway was a little dicey getting out due to overgrown shrubs on the neighbors side, so you have to be very careful when pulling out. Great experience for our first time on Cape Cod!
The house is very clean upon arrival, kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners, and the backyard was great for our kids to run around in while we grilled. On our last full day there tropical storm Elsa decided to visit us the hostess OK so let us know we’re flashlight were just in case we lost power Great stay. Would rent it again!
We were able to easily get to Hyannisport, Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, and Chatham Beach all within a 15 min drive. Chatham Beach and Mayflower beach were beautiful and close as were many great restaurants. Our bed was very comfortable and the outdoor shower was awesome! If you’re traveling with kids beware of the staircase - it is quite narrow and steep. Kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking. Thanks for a great place to stay!
Clean, perfectly appointed, charming house. Great location for travel around mid to lower cape. Check in was COVID friendly and felt safe and clean. Highly recommend.
We’re long time VRBO customers ( well over a decade) and do extensive research when choosing places to stay, including factors like location, reviews, features, proximity to points of interest, owner commitment, etc. First off, this home hits all the key factors for location - you can hit Provincetown and all the spots along the drive up plus also back west to Woods Hole/Falmouth. Hyannis is nearby for quick ferry trips to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. Being in Mid Cap, Brewster and Harwich are minutes away and so is one of the best bike trails in the US. With regards to the cottage: It is a fantastic choice for families. If you’re tired of eating out, the kitchen is very well equipped. The grill is very handy. The cottage itself is a gem - very tastefully decorated, but also modernized with high tech thermostats, fireplace, and motion sensor equipped outdoor lighting. Highly recommended. BTW, this is our 3rd trip to the Cape. Location is spot on.
Great place to stay if visiting the area. Super clean place with everything you will need. Even though we didn't cook at all it has everything you would need to do so. And if your traveling during warmer weather days they had a ton of beach gear. Beautiful decor and comfy beds! Thanks ladies!
We are sisters that spent our childhood summers on Cape Cod. We are thrilled to have a little piece of the Cape to share.
We reside in Portland, OR and Kona, HI respectively.
Why they chose this property
We were searching for the perfect cottage to allow us to visit with family and enjoy the beaches and fun of the Cape. We refer the property as Pear and Paul's as an homage to our parents.
What makes this property unique
Location, Location, Location! We knew we wanted to be by the Dennis beaches. Once we saw the light in this cottage we knew it was meant to be!
