There is no car park - many paying car parks available within a min walk. (ie. Wilson Grand Hyatt).
The second bedroom is a study conversion of small size. Would probably not be recommendable for long stays.
There is one flight of stairs leading to the penthouse from the 9th floor.

- To maintain good standards for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but, we feel it makes sense for all to state the following conditions:
- Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guest’s responsibility during their stay.
- Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
- Guests will be charged $150 if keys are not returned.
- The owners take no responsibility for the Guests personal property.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property - except on the balcony with doors closed (a strict $500 fee will be charged).
•Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival (dishes washed, bins emptied).
- An additional fee will be incurred if you fail to check out at the agreed time
