M&M's Hotspot Summary

Summary:
M&M's Hotspot has been set up with holiday makers in mind offering you a warm and stylish house to call home for your stay in Rotorua. The house is two levels offering four bedrooms, a games room, a swimming pool and a huge, sunny living area upstairs. You'll have a double garage for bikes and toys and you're an easy ride to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest where you can enjoy some of the best riding and walking tracks in the country. 

The Space:
The house is set over two levels.

Ground Floor:
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed + King Single Bed + Pull out single trundler bed
Garage (internal Access)
Games Room with Pool table, pull out couch, Smart TV and access to the outside area.

First Floor:
Lounge / Kitchen / Dining with balcony overlooking the pool & back yard
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
Bathroom & Seperate Toilet

The pool is not heated so it's a bit chilly for the winter months but great in summer!

Guest Access:
You'll have the whole house.

The Neighborhood:
Lynmore is a great residential area. It's an easy walk or ride to the Redwoods Forest. If you're here with the kids, Motion Entertainment is just a few hundred metres away and is a great wet weather entertainment centre.
