Welcome to the Harbor House Guest Cottage, located in the heart of Ephraim, WI!

Ephraim, with its sparkling harbor and picturesque landscape, is undoubtedly the crown jewel of Door County's bayside villages. That's where you'll find the the Harbor House Guest Cottage, located on a quiet side street at 9801 Brookside Lane.

Our two-bedroom Guest Cottage sleeps a maximum of 5 people - 1 queen bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom (with a full bed on the lower bunk and a twin bed on the top bunk) and one full-size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room.

The cottage features a large screened-in back porch and has a fully equipped kitchen (with new refrigerator and stove), comfortable living room and dining room, bathroom (fully renovated in Spring 2018) and small front deck. Our cottage also provides a 32" SmartTV as well as hi-speed WiFi.

All beds have pillows, bedspreads, blankets, sheets, pillowcases and mattress pads. Bath towels are also provided.

In addition, we provide our guests with use of a Weber charcoal grill, a private outdoor fire pit, Adirondack chairs and use of 4 kayaks. For those with toddlers, a pack-and-play crib and high chair are available.

The Harbor House Guest Cottage is conveniently located approximately two blocks from the Ephraim public beach at 9801 Brookside Lane in Ephraim, WI.

Our family loves all that Door County and Ephraim has to offer. We hope you'll make the Harbor House Guest Cottage a part of your next visit to the peninsula!

Ephraim cottage

We loved our time spent here. The cottage was clean and the perfect size for our two-person getaway (could also fit up to 7 comfortably), had everything we needed, and was in a great location! Our hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful/friendly. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a fun and scenic trip to Door County! We are returning refreshed and rejuvenated.

Quite and convenient

Out of the way of all the crowds but close enough to easily walk to stores, beach and restaurants. Communication with owners was terrific. Cottage was great, perfect setup for small family. Loved that kayaks, kayak carts and equipment were available for us to use, only a short walk to beach. Definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Hosts were very helpful and cottage was in a great location. Loved the back porch and screened in gazebo. Pull out couches are not the most comfortable for adults.

Marathon weekend stay!

Had a great stay at the Harbor House cottage! We were in town for a half marathon at Peninsula Park which was less then two miles! The place was clean and felt welcoming! We will be back in the future and will hopefully have a chance to use the kayaks, fire pit and gazebo all available for use!!!!

We loved our stay. Wonderful couple of day with the sisters! Perfect location and close to everything. Clean house with everything we needed. We would come again! Next time when it’s warmer so we can kayak, bike and swim.

Great place for girls weekend

Worked perfectly for 3 friends as a central location to experience all the fun things in the area. House was very clean and well kept, and had everything we needed. Walkable distance to restaurants and the waterfront. We are planning to come back next year.

Excellent Fall Get Away!

This cottage had the best location in Door County. We could walk to the town. A Very short walk to Lake Michigan and beautiful sunsets. Peninsula State Park was only 3 miles away . The owners were fabulous with our check in! I would highly recommend this quaint cottage with a beautiful gazebo to enjoy nature. Every night the owls were hooting away…..

So close, and yet so far away!

This charming little cottage in Ephraim is less than a 7-minute walk from the town beach and less than a mile from Wilson's Ice Cream parlor. Even though it's just off the main drag, the setting is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The screened porch and fire pit make it extra special.

We had a wonderful stay at the Harbor House cottage! It had everything we could possibly want or need! The cottage decor and spaces were perfect! The beds were comfy & everything was clean and accommodating to us in every way! Randy checked in with us both upon arrival & departure through text. Close to everything in the DC-perfect “middle spot” to drive up or down the peninsula to go see everything. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Quaint Cottage Guest House

Great spot in Ephraim. Owner called to check in on us, and check-in was super easy. Perfect little place for our family of 4. Had our own fire pit area as well. The big main house can we rented separately as well, but we got lucky and it wasn't rented when we were there. Kitchen is well stocked, all dishes and glasses glass/porcelain. Beds are firm. Overall great experience. Only rated a 4 for the beds and a few ants in the kitchen.

At Harbor House, you're away from it all - yet easily in the heart of everything. Shops, beaches and restaurants in Ephraim are walkable from the cottage. And all of the major attractions of Door County are just a short drive or bike ride away.
