Cute cottage, good communication with property management, large outdoor space, shared firepit and beach with other rental cottage right next door, busy traffic on waterway (didn't bother us), short car ride to public beach, needed a few extra touches but enjoyed our stay
This was a great property for our family of six...2 of our kids slept in their own private room with TV in the basement, 2 were upstairs in the bunk beds and parents had our own room. The view is amazing, the deck and porch was perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing.
The cottage was the perfect size for two adults and three kids and is only a short walk from the main beach area but far enough to not have to deal with all the crowds. The property is beautiful and we will definitely be returning for another weekend next summer. Thanks Levon, we had a great time.
It’s the perfect cottage with an amazing view, we wanted to spend all our time out there but the inside was also nicely renovated and spacious. The cottage meets all needs, close to the beach and plaza with everything you need. Thanks so much to Levon, he’s an excellent host. Would definitely stay again.
Levon was a great host, and we will definitely be back! Our family had a fantastic time. Perfect for a family of 4! Thanks, Levon! Hope to see you soon!
I am a single traveller, I enjoyed my stay at this hidden gem!! I stayed for 3 nights, wish I had more time to have stayed longer.
It’s nicer than most in the Beach, great views and sunsets!!
I’m looking forward to going back again next yr.
Levon was a great host!!
The stay was amazing ! The place is really nice and well maintained! You get everything, the kitchen is fully stocked, you just need to get your food. The location is amazing, few minutes away from beach, Walmart is few steps away.
The host replied to all the questions that we had promptly.
I would recommend this place 100%.
Stayed at this cottage for a 3 night getaway. Since the cottage is only 2 years old, everything is new, clean, comfortable and very bright. Great location right on the water, which made it a great spot to watch the boats go by, and spectacular sunsets. Grocery store and Walmart are only 5 minutes away, as are other stores, and restaurants.
Very new property with modern appliances and a brand new BBQ! The view was amazing and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching the passing jet skis and boat along the river and the waves in the bay just passed the peninsula. Levon was such a great host and quick to respond to any issues or questions. My teen and pre-teen daughters and I loved it and would go back for sure!

This place could have been a 5 star but it was not clean at all !
Dirty , place was full of spiders inside ! It was craziness! Glad I brought blankets , cause ones on the beds did not smell clean at all . Anyone with bad allergies to old places and old basement smell , not a good place for you . My son suffered the whole time 4days
The owner was great at responding to us each time we needed something. Oh yeah ya kayaks are not included as listed . I would have brought my own if that was the case . Will not return .
There was a group of us who stayed here for two nights. It was close to the beach and you cannot swim in the water behind the property as it is water access for boats etc. to come in and out of the area. When we got there there was a few key items missing such as dishwasher pods, dish soap, oven mitts, hand soap in the bathroom. I did message the host about this and they offered to have the housekeeper bring some the next morning. However, we had already gone to Walmart to replace them. It also states that it sleeps 6:00 but there was not enough bedding and towels for six people. So luckily some of us brought some anyways. For example, the futon downstairs is listed as a bed, but there was no pillow or blankets to go with it. The host was very nice and helpful and very responsive. Check-in was easy. Outside. The garbage area was overflowing and very disgusting. We honestly weren't even sure where to put the garbage without just leaving it outside for the animals to get to. Overall a nice place in a good area. It was nice and quiet there. The outdoor portion is absolutely beautiful. Be aware that the walk to the beach has no sidewalk. If you are traveling with kids. There is quite a large shoulder on the side of the road though.
We didn’t even get to enjoy our stay because upon arrival the code to the door didn’t work, however the patio door was left unlocked. But when we got in we realized the house had not been cleaned after prior guests had left. Every garbage was full, every towel was damp/wet and had been used, there was hair in the bathroom etc. I have messaged and called the homeowner multiple times and he is refusing to answer me. We left the house immediately and I have requested my money back and Levon, once again, has refused to respond. I’m extremely disappointed and the getaway my family and I were looking forward to was immediately regretted.

Nice little getaway but needs some TLC
Place was good overall and do recommend.
Pros:
- Waterfront property and location was great. It was cool to see the boats and jet-skiis going up and down the channel every day. Sunsets were amazing!
- Furniture such as the couch/chairs seem to be newer
- Beds were comfortable
- Bathroom and shower were very nice and clean
Cons:
- I think cleanliness was our biggest concern. Although we were given clean towels to shower with, the overall cleanliness of the cottage was disappointing. It may have been swept before we got there and looked tidy but this place needs a deep clean.
My son was excited to sleep on the top bunk bed but it was so dusty up there (probably not been used in awhile) that he decided not to.
I was also looking under the couch to see if any of his toys had fallen under it and it looked pretty filthy under there.
- Went to BBQ our steaks and when I opened the lid, I was greeted by a mouse who scurried away. Kind of turned us off and was worried about any contamination left by it's droppings and decided not to use it. Might be wise to clean this BBQ and buy a good cover for it or seal the holes underneath to prevent it from returning
- Screen door to patio was broken
- not the owners fault but geese littered the lawn and left a ton of droppings.
If given a proper professional cleaning each time rather than a touch up, this place would for sure be a gem.
