A stately gourmet kitchen features a high-end Ilve 900mm freestanding oven/gas cooktop, Miele dishwasher and Smeg minor appliances, inclusive of the essential coffee machine. Extended dining will be appreciated indoors, adjacent to the in-built cocktail station, wine fridge and butler’s sink.
Warming northern orientation and beautiful outlooks across covered porches, charming verandahs and the expansive front lawn harness ambiance. Two primary suites are accommodated here, both with queen size beds, luxurious linens, plantation shutters and built-in robes. A traditionally designed bathroom services these rooms.
A separate downstairs suite offers continuity of class and thought to design, accommodating two guests in a queen size bedroom, complete with ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe. The open plan living space hosts an individual kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
The upstairs suite accommodates three guests with a queen size bedroom, a double bedroom, open plan living space, kitchenette for convenience, chic bathroom and wrap-around verandahs, overseeing delightfully manicured gardens and Swan Bay water glimpses.
Hydronic heating, multiple reverse cycle air conditioning units, Rinnai wall heating, Wifi, off street parking for four vehicles, outdoor fire pit, a series of outdoor alfresco options and unrivalled privacy are additional features to this unique, and simply stunning estate. This property also has a beautiful converted self-contained garage bedsitter that can be added to your booking if you need to accommodate an extra couple or if someone would just like to have that one degree of separation and privacy.
