We spent a week spring skiing in this lovely condo. The space was very well organized and had everything you might need for cooking and just hanging around playing games or watching TV. We also enjoyed walking for groceries and out for dinner a few nights as the main area of town was only a few blocks away. The 2 person hot tub on the deck was enjoyed every evening despite having to take turns. The views were wonderful and we just enjoyed hanging in this condo.
The Penthouse was amazing! It was very clean, spacious, and had great views. It’s a short walk to downtown and the heated garage was a huge plus in the winter. I would 100% stay again.
Our family stayed over the new year holiday and the accommodations were spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable stay and well kept.Appreciated the parking garage and pass as well.Would definitely stay here again, thanks for making it comfortable and easy.
Lovely location and well equipped. The owners have responded to some of the previous reviews with improvements that made the place very comfortable. Enjoyed the deck and umbrella daily - fantastic view for morning coffee.
Just one small improvement you could make. The apartment was lovely and very well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking your own food. However there was no empty cupboard to store groceries like cans, rice, cereal etc. - not everything can be stored in the fridge.
The property is well located, and Suite 303 was well-suited for us. Nicely appointed, with every amenity you could ask for. Great support from the Property Manager. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this spot again when returning to the area. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely condo, with a handy central downtown location. It has spectacular views of the mountains and we enjoyed using the private hot tub on the deck in the falling snow! Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.
This was a lovely place to stay: great location neat downtown, beautiful setting, and view of the mountains from the patio and living room. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great. The only negative were the trains which pass by a least 10 times a day and night about 150 meters from the building sounding their whistle many times while passing through town. These can be quite loud.
This condo has everything you would need for entertaining family and friends. Walking distance to the grocery store, town shops and restaurants. Although it was a little too warm for the hot tub, it was a nice bonus. Would have been ideal to have an umbrella for the deck but since there wasn’t one we were not able to sit outside due to the heat. Make sure to watch the video on how to find the actual unit once you are in the garage otherwise you will never find it. It is quite a maze. All in all it was a perfect holiday spot for our family.
This condo is gorgeous. The layout is great. Huge windows on either side of the unit. Great space for a family or 2 couples. In our case, there were 2 couples and we each had our own ensuite. Great kitchen with a large island with all the kitchen amenities you could ever need. The location was amazing, just a short 1.5 blocks to the 'main strip' with a grocery store/liquor store just a block away. Additional parking is available around the building at no cost.
There were only a few kinks.
- The check in instructions are NOT clear. Apparently there was an issue with accessing the building due to a swipecard access not working, however the instructions proceed to show you pictures of how to go in from a side door (which apparently is not the workaround) - so why have these instructions in the check-in email? Naturally one would assume that the main entrance is not working and the side door is the workaround. There were 4 adults who all read these instructions, and apparently all of us misunderstood it as the pictures to the side door was the 'workaround.' We called the property management company and were rudely told ''didn't you read the instructions!?" Apparently the workaround is you had to go through the parkade when going in/out by foot - which was NOT in the instructions. In summary, if the regular check-in isn't working, modify your check-in information and make it clear.
- We were there during a heat wave and it was a bit odd that one of the master bedrooms did not have a vent for A/C or Air. This is a building design flaw and nothing against the owners/property management. Unfortunately even though we had A/C on in the unit, this room was quite stuffy at night.
- There was no patio umbrella available for us to be able to enjoy the patio in the sun, despite there being a sign on the door regarding a patio umbrella. Perhaps it was missing/being replaced etc. ? We inquired with the property management contact and they said they'd get in touch with the owners and we never had a response back.
Our group had a fantastic experience at this property; close to all amenities and shops, the Mountain views were stunning, the pictures and description/ cleanliness matched the location, the directions and steps were clear to follow, and working with Diana was great! There was a mix up with the building code/locked door when we first arrived but Diana solved the issue very quickly and we had an incredible stay- we will be booking this location again in the future.
This property far exceeded our expectations. There was nothing more we could want or need. The kitchen was well stocked and fully equipped. The space was very cozy and the hot tub on the balcoy looking at the mountains was fantastic - easy to feel very fortunate while sipping a drink from that vantage point. Diana was very responsive and made the process seemless - thank you!
It was a great experience. Everything was well maintained and clean. There were large windows with views both East and West. The kitchen was well stocked. We should have watched the video on how to get from the parkade to the room as soon as we got there. You could upgrade the bathroom taps as they are a little close to the edge of the sink and its hard to wash your hands. The nicest place I've ever stayed in.

Excellent accommodation and location
No big complaints. We are frequent visitors to Fernie and were worried about the proximity to the busy train tracks, but the unit is well insulated with good windows. A couple oddball things like the room not on the train side does not have an AC vent and accessing the unit from the parking area is clumsy at best—especially if you have lots of stuff (groceries, luggage, equipment, etc). But, the unit is very spacious and nice/modern. Beds comfortable, easy walk to Downtown. Parking is secure and out of the elements.

Great views. Beautiful penthouse. But Trains.
This is a beautiful penthouse apt with amazing views. The trains were really loud as the location is a block away from the tracks, but we got used to after several days. It is blocks to downtown and trails. Very convenient.
