Great Place, Very Noisy

The apartment is lovely and the location in the neighborhood is great. The one downside is the proximity to a loud bar with live music. It kept us up almost every night until 2:00AM.

Wonderful location and management support

This is a small but clean, secure and cheerfully decorated condo in a great neighborhood near the river and the beach, and across the bridge from the Romantic zone. When we arrived the kitchen needed a few items, which the management team provided within hours. They also fixed a problem with the bathroom immediately. The bed is very comfortable and, in spite of the busy street below, the condo is quiet most of the time. We spent time on the rooftop deck and enjoyed cooling off in the small pool, designed for sitting vs swimming. The management team was friendly and amazingly available to answer questions and help with whatever we needed. We're in our sixties and didn't mind walking up 40 concrete steps but renters with mobility issues may not be able to navigate those. Overall we were very pleased with the property.
