With a stunning view of the dazzling private backyard through the windows and the glass door, this space is bursting with tropical energy. Our corner dining area, with its weathered dining table, 8 iron chairs, and woven pendant lamp, bursts with rustic textures. The timeless appeal of the impressionist art on the wall casts an intimate seaside vibe across the space.
Our beach house kitchen has whimsical goose statues and full-size appliances to delight the cook in your crew! Craft savory feasts of freshly caught seafood, locally sourced produce, or the ultimate vacation classic: ham and cheese sandwiches!

Our beach home is ideally suited for larger families, with 4 refined bedrooms and 4.5 classic bathrooms across two thoughtfully designed floors. The main floor has a spacious, furnished primary bedroom with a king-size bed. Two cozy reading chairs are thoughtfully positioned on either side of the room so you and your partner can spend leisurely time together in quiet seclusion. A large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall for entertainment, and seaside art adorns the walls, adding a touch of tranquility to your evenings. The convenient ensuite bathroom features a shower and tub combo with a handheld shower head.
Upstairs, you'll find the first guest bedroom. It offers a plush king-size bed, elegantly complemented by warm wood furniture adorned with silhouetted palm trees. Large windows fill the room with natural light, showcasing stunning beach photos that enhance the South Padre Island vibes. For entertainment, a mounted flat-screen TV adds modern convenience. This bedroom also has a private ensuite bathroom. The second guest bedroom is designed with the kids or a small family in mind. It has a standalone queen-size bed, charming twin-size bunk beds, an ensuite bathroom, plus a writing desk! POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
