Located right next to New Regent Street, and a short stroll to the wide selection of Christchurch central cafes and restaurants and Margaret Mahy Playground.

Boutique townhouse, very quiet and well insulated corner unit with 3 sides of side and a Northwest facing courtyard. Pet friendly with a fully fenced courtyard. This property is located in Central Christchurch a great opportunity to explore all the central city has to offer - A short walk to Margaret Mahy playground, a busy stop a short walk away.

Entering onto the ground floor you will find a open plan Living room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer combination unit to use throughout your stay. Dining and seating are with sofa which converts into a sofa bed which can sleep 1 or 2 adults - linen is additional charge. Heading out through the ranch slider to the courtyard.
Heading up 1 flight of stairs to the 2nd storey you will find the Bathroom and bedroom with Queen Bed.

We're proud to be pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate them accordingly.

As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with sofa, smart TV, and plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Located a short walk to Latimer Square and Cardboard Cathedral, enjoy the green spaces and beauty that Christchurch Central city to offer.
An array of restaurants and eateries a short walk from the property - The Terraces, New Regent Street, Margaret Mahy Playground for the kids, Cashel Mall for the shopping and Turanga Library.

The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during the day however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.

There is no allocated parking with this property - there is only street parking available.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Not exactly a hideway
This small unit opens straight onto the footpath and a very busy street in central Christchurch. It has a pathway down the side that the residents of the other 11 units use. It was noisy both during the day and at night, to my mind a hideaway is peaceful and quiet. The sofabed is very uncomfortable, and had to be put back to a sofa every morning so there was space to move about downstairs. The white handrail on the stairs was filthy, it looked like it had never been cleaned and there was hair in the bathroom cabinet. Also 2 towels for 2 adults for 5 days was completely inadequate. The side gate from the shared path into the courtyard did not lock, but the courtyard was great for our little dogs. There is no off street parking, parking is only on the street and at times we had to park around the corner on Madras Street. Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot of choice when looking for pet-friendly accommodation so it served a purpose, but I would probably not stay here again.
