Maison nickel avec une bonne qualité de couchage, tout le nécessaire en cuisine, le petit extérieur très appréciable! Accueil soigné et agréable! Avec un petit bouquet de fleurs en plus 🌸🌺 Les seuls petits bémols qui n’en sont pas vraiment: - délai de reponse un peu lent du propriétaire - parking à 30 mètres - porte d’entrée sur rue directement Nous avons passé un super séjour et recommandons cet endroit 🤗 À bientôt!

Fonctionnel

La maison est de pleîn pieds et est assez lumîneuse. Rien ne manque au nuveau des équipements (sèche-cheveux, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge). Il manque un peu de confort au niveau de la literie (matelas très dur et oreiller très mou) et au niveau du salon. On ne sait pas se garer devant la maison et on ne peut utiliser le garage qui est occupé par une voiture du propriétaire.

Detente aux Sables.

Maison tres bien équipée avec son jardinet entierement clos Des temperatures a plus de 35 degrés des ventilateurs auraient été les bienvenus. Ballades en mer et visites aux Sables et ses environs.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille avec mes parents aux Sables d'Olonne et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement de M. Chapalin. L'accueil est chaleureux et l'appartement très bien aménagé et calme. Un livret d'accueil permet d'avoir toutes les informations voulues pour le séjour. Nous recommandons et n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

Super vacances (1 semaine)

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, avec un hôte très gentil, qui donne des explications sur les environs, de bons conseils aussi. Au niveau de la maison, la literie est formidable, très bien située proche de la mer et proche des supermarchés, la maison a un à jardin clos, très pratique pour les animaux ( je suis venue avec mes deux chats) qui ont fortement apprécié le jardin. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire ( machine à lave, lave vaisselle ect … ) nous reviendrons à coup sûr !!!

Maison avec jardinet parfaite pour un séjour détente

Accueil sympathique et agréable du propriétaire avec son humour pince-sans-rire. Maison très propre, à la décoration sobre et bien équipée, avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Le jardinet est bien entretenu, bien exposé et très agréable pour profiter du soleil et de moments de détente. Localisation dans un quartier calme et assez proche de la plage, avec toutes les commodités accessibles à pied. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cette location.

Bonne accueil du propriétaire, bouteille d,eau fraîche dans le frigo à nôtre arrivée qui à été très apprécié avec les fortes températures du week-end. Satisfaisant malgré tout

Appartement globalement adapté à notre attente mais une chambre ne pouvait pas être occupée à cause d'une très forte odeur de renfermé vraiment insupportable , heureusement que nous étions que deux ! De plus nous n'avons pas pu voir le propriétaire au départ malgré trois appels et avoir sonné chez lui à l'heure convenue
