Beautiful property only 10 minutes to downtown Shediac. Large home that is great for a family vacation. Quiet street but close to Shediac if you want to go out for a nice dinner or if you need absolutely anything. You will adore watching the sunrise from the large master suite that is its own loft for complete privacy. Garage and space above garage is not apart of the rental.

Beautiful property with great views of Shediac Island and the coastline. Bryan was great as host and answered any emails I sent. The only reason it's a 4* review (I would say 4.5) is we found the unit not quite as clean as it could have been upon entry. The dishes had to be redone because the plates had food stuck on them and the glasses had fingerprints and smudges...that said when we opened the dishwasher we found a clump of dishwasher detergent under the bottom rack so probably dishwashers fault but the dishes should not have been put away dirty. The stainless steel refrigerator looked like it was wiped down with a dirty rag on the front panel. A couple of other minor issues but overall cleanliness was good. The master bedroom could use night tables and lamps as it's a bit inconvenient to put your glass of water and ipad or book on the floor when retiring for the night. Towels could be updated in the master bath. And be prepared to be an early riser because the bedroom faces east and has large windows.
Although it looks like you are renting the whole house there are people living in the residence over the garage and it is a shared driveway so they can have access to the garage. Aside from this we enjoyed our stay and Bryan allowed us to entertain family for Thanksgiving. Overall it's a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the views of the bay from the livingroom and big front deck. Also a good place to start from to travel and explore the area. Overall a good experience.
Everything was as advertised and more.
Incredibly clean, comfortable and relaxing.
Bryan is quick to answer any questions or needs that are requested.
Would stay again and will recommend to anyone staying in the area.
Five star plus!!
Our family enjoyed our stay at this spacious waterfront home. The view of the bay was lovely and the home was all set up with everything that we needed. We were close to Parlee Beach and the town of Shediac. There were lots of great places to eat in the area and we especially enjoyed the fresh fish at a local take out. The home owner was quick to reply to messages and provided a great vacation home for our family. Would recommend this home to others.
