Built-in 2020, Iron Lady is a modern 1 bedroom 1 bathroom on the highest floor as a corner unit. It is located right in the heart of Victoria’s vibrant Old Town neighborhood, and just steps to the waterfront, cafes, entertainment, and shopping. This condo has access to two balconies with views of the city and the waterway along with access to a private courtyard where you can relax at your own pace in the beautiful green space. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a gorgeous 3-piece bathroom, with open concept high-end kitchen, and a beautiful living area.

The famous Beacon Hill Park is only a 10-minute walk away, as is the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a sea plane the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5-minute walk from this condo. Arriving via the Victoria Clipper or the Coho is also easy and no need for a car at this condo.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $275 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Please note: All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival requesting your access preference, then 7 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
