Renovated in 2023, this Charming Cape Cod cottage is your perfect Cape Cod vacation. This home-away-from-home accommodations includes 3-Bedrooms, 3-bathrooms with lawn space, a front patio and a large side deck, patio furniture and a propane bbq grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and 3 full bathrooms. There's a queen bed in the first bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed along with a futon. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (full bed on the bottom, twin bed on the top). The living room features a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen features a gas range, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offer plenty of seating. The cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. There will be a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig (k-cups will not be provided).

-We do not Manage the pool, therefore we are not responsible its availability, hours, and closures.
-The anticipated open date for the pool is the first weekend in July (subject to change and availability).
-Hours and availability vary (typically 11am to 6pm), depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing.  Stop by the pool and see the staff to verify availability.
-Pool closes for the season on Labor Day.
-Please bring your own pool and beach towels, these are not provided.

Check-in 4pm.
$300 refundable security deposit required at check-in.
Maximum occupancy is 8 persons, 6 adults and 2 children.
