Countryside Magic - Lovely home with views of the Sea & just 6-min from Mapua!
Countryside Magic is a lovely character home set on two rural acres within view of the sea & surrounding mountains - A spectacular location offering absolute privacy and calm along with the opportunity to enjoy a country lifestyle filled with sunshine, birdsong, paddocks and farm animals such as goats and sheep.
It's just a short drive from here to the lovely seaside town of Mapua which offers a range of great restaurants, bars and cafes. It's only 20mins. drive to Nelson and just under 40mins. drive to the Abel Tasman National Park.
The home provides 3 bedrooms, open-plan living, kitchen and dining with two outdoor entertaining areas - One of which is semi-covered, and has an outdoor firepit with a supply of logs. Furthermore, there is a self-contained sleep-out available for extended use, ideal for accommodating larger families or groups of friends.
With these views, incredible tranquility and beautiful surroundings, fantastic entertaining spaces, high speed unlimited WiFi, Smart TV & many other home amenities, Countryside Magic is a wonderful place for a countryside getaway!
**Special conditions & notes**:
- No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
- This is a personal home - Countryside Magic is made available to guests on an occasional basis only. As guests here, this allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
- The garage area is not available for guest use. However, there is ample parking available for 6 or more cars, including space for boats.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
