The space


Comfortable 1 bedroom condo with electric fireplace. This comfortable condo has everything you need to make you feel right at home.1 Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers. Kitchen with cookware. Washer and Dryer. Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and so on. Iron and ironing board.Next to the entrance door is lots of space to store all your winter stuff after a day of skiing or snowboarding.Walking distance to the village and ski gondola. You will put your ski and your boots on in the condo and take them off once back home, this is a real privilege in Mont-Tremblant.

Other things to note

According to our rules we need to have the information about our guests prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure.

Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.

Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.

- Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet.

***Deposit***

All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Dear Guest, Please take a moment to read the unit policies:
✅ The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.
✅All guests are required to pay a $200 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. ✅Check-in is after 4PM, check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible.
✅Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $20 per night for 1 pet
✅The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation.
✅ According to the Condominium rules we have to provide copy of your driver’s license or passport to Condo Management. Please provide this information.
* NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.
** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you:

There is a cute village part of Mont-Tremblant called Saint Jovite. You can make there a major grocery shopping. It's only 14 minutes away by car from the condo. There are all big stores, lots of local restaurants, banks and more. 2 Bus lines (free service) walking distance from the condo. Possibility to take a taxi from the unit. I can provide you a number upon the request. Short drive to Scandinave spa and premier golf courses less than 8 minutes. I can provide you a babysitter recommendation if you want to be with your partner a kid free for a day on the ski slope.
