You will love your cozy stay at this charming Top Floor Penthouse Duplex in a High rise, where you can relish your warm cup of cocoa or choiced drink while soaking in the beautiful, enchanting Rockies and tons of sunlight, in this open & spacious apartment spread over two floors. My favourite spot is the reading corner where I pore over my favourite books while soaking in the tranquility of Zen Garden under the stairs. Two separate entrances on both floors add to your convenience. I love the ease of onsite amenities which will enhance your stay as well and use of Indoor Pool, Gym, & Tennis Courts. Free Parking with no height restrictions is a big bonus. Height adjustable work desk will enhance your work experience without straining you muscles. Huge bedroom is extra spacious with a King Bed and a reading corner with walk-in closet and full washroom just next to it. Blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. Half washroom is on the other floor along with living area and kitchen for your convenience. Apartment has a full kitchen with all the needed pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, blender, Keurig, kettle, toaster oven and microwave in addition to glass top electric stove oven, fridge and dishwasher.
Transit bus is from the building itself while C-Train station is a 5-7min walk. During winters, incase you do not feel like walking, you may choose to take the bus from the building itself that will take you to C-Train station. Great openness to sky from the top floor is ideal for night time star gazing.
This apartment is in a peaceful residential area but not far from downtown. It is connected by Metro to all parts of the city linked with Metro including downtown.
Foothill hospital, University of Calgary, Children hospital, McMahon Stadium are close by. It is a walking distance to Churchill pool, Nosehill library, Northland Mall, Canadian Tire, Coop. Safeway, Dollar Store, Chapters, Walmart, Bestbuy, & a buzzing restaurant district with Earls, Boston Pizza, Cuty Vietnamese & Kinjo Sushi & Grill along with Subway and Dairy Queen.
Getting around from this unit is very convenient with Dalhousie Metro station reachable with a 7 minutes walk, Local bus Route 105 stop is at the entrance of the building that goes to the metro/LRT. You may check Calgary transit website which is very user friendly and provides complete guidance. In case you are driving, then University of Calgary is at a 7 minutes drive, Foothills Medical Center is 12 minutes drive, and Calgary City Hall in Downtown is 19 min drive (courtesy google maps).
