This is a well-appointed town home in the heart of Avalon - a quick walk to the beach. With two master bedroom suites on the second floor, it's perfect for two couples or a family. The first master suite (queen) offers an ocean view and has sliding glass doors to a small, step-out private balcony. The en suite 3/4 bath also has a walk-in closet. The second master suite (Cal king) offers an en suite full bath and his and her walk-in closets. Each bedroom also has its own flat panel TV. There is spacious living space on the first floor, which includes the living room with a 50-inch flat panel TV, a half bath, and a combined dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. The sofa sleeper is also located in this combined space. The living room, staircase, and bedrooms now have wood laminate flooring rather than carpet, and the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms have tile floors.Free wireless internet! The property was great, but the walking access was very hard. There was no Kleenex and information on the coffee maker and the type of coffee you need to bring needs to be more specific in the listing of amenities.
It was clean Beautifully decorated and great location!!

Thing could be better is A/C
And the steep hill we were able to do it but maybe someone else couldnt do steep hill and lots of stairs would stay again
but not summer because no A/C if had A/c woul definetly do it again.sherry

This is a very charming house with 2 master bedroom. The view from one of the bedroom was awesome! The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dinning area is spacious. The only complaint I have is the the walk from the corner of the street to the house. The hill is very steep.

We walked over to this property it’s up hill walk. I had bags and kids with me it was hard to get up to this apartment. Other then that it is awesome. Better the hotel rooms.
Beautiful home, lots of space and centrally located. It was kind of a tough uphill walk there from the ferry with luggage, but worth it. There were 5 of us, and could had used more towels and wash cloths, but overall a wonderful experience.
After spending some time in San Diego with our son(who lives there) we embarked on a long weekend to Catalina. The house was absolutely beautiful with views of the harbor. It was better then advertised. The check in/check out process was flawless and communication with the rental agency was timely and courteous. The space was as noted and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Clean, close to everything, nice kitchen area and really great & enjoyable residence. If I had only a few minor suggestions they would be that the chairs on deck could use replacing and a golf cart for use would be excellent, but in no way would prohibit us from booking every time we visit. !! Love the place!
There were 5 of us in this beautiful condo. Very roomy so we never once tripped over each other! :) Everything was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Immaculate, nicely furnished great views from Master Bedroom Balcony.
Nicely decorated and immaculately clean unit. Easy walk down hill to town, cozy and quiet. My only complaint is you have to deal with a rental agency that requires check in between 3-5pm unless you pay extra. We were on the last boat and didn't arrive until 7pm, they were made aware of it and told me to call when boat was about to dock I called and no one answered so I left a message. We walked to the rental agency (few blocks from dock) and the door was locked. We tried calling several times and stood outside in the cold with a child. After about 15 frantic minutes and several calls a man came and checked us in. It was dark and cold so we took a taxi up the hill but the driver couldn't find the address. After a a few minutes of walking up and down we found it. After that ordeal our stay was perfect!
