Large Sprawling Home Very Close to the Beach and Activities!

This large six bedroom and seven bathroom home has everything you'll need to provide a perfect vacation for your whole family! All furniture in the entire home has been replaced and there are too many updates to name!

The sprawling chef-style kitchen boasts features such as quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and high-end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen will be fully-stocked with everything you'll need to create a family meal every night of the week, if you so choose. There is a full-size guest bathroom off the kitchen with a walk-in shower.

Off the kitchen is a breakfast nook which seats eight. In addition to this breakfast nook is a formal dining room which also seats eight.

There are two communal points in the home, a family room and a great room. The great room provides a large amount of seating and is great for family game night and conversation. The family room is the main TV viewing area while also providing ample seating.

The primary bedroom is huge with its king bed, seating area, TV and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a quartz topped double sink vanity, sunken tub and separate walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom consists of a king bed, TV and an en-suite guest bathroom. The attached guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with a separate tub as well!

The second guest bedroom has a king bed, TV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom is also a walk-in shower.

The third guest bedroom also contains a king bed, TV and an en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom consists of a walk-in shower.

The fourth and fifth guest bedrooms both boast two double beds and a TV, each with its own bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower.

Under the home is a large game room with ping-pong, foosball and various other activities! Behind the home is a large screened-in Carolina room with plenty of seating options for a comfortable coffee and chat. The back porch leading to the pool boasts even more seating options as you take in the sun! Enjoy your very own private pool!

The location is perfect, being a one or two minute walk to the Dunes House Oceanfront bar and grill! Beach access is just as close!

The pool can be heated (June - October) for an additional fee.

Beautiful, Spacious Home in a Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is very spacious with a great pool and a perfect layout for multiple residents. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. The home has an ideal location - steps away from the beach, the Dunes House, the tennis courts and the General Store. We took advantage of all the amenities. You will not be disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great family rental place! The location was perfect to the beach. The pool on the property was amazing for our family! However, we did have some issues. None of the doors were able to be locked, except for the front door. In one of the bathrooms, the shower door panel was missing. In the master suite the bed posts were loose and caused the planks to not support an adult male. In addition to the master suite, the whirlpool was not working. We also had some trouble with the propane tank, not being left filled, and when we inquired about it, the property management was not helpful and we had to pay out-of-pocket for that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for a fun filled family beach vacation!

Awesome house very close to the beach & Dune House

We loved that the pool had some shade from the trees to stay out of the sun occasionally. We would definitely stay again next time we travel to Hilton Head & Palmetto Dunes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at this house. It is our 2nd time. The location is perfect and the house is incredibly large. We had 13 people staying with us and had plenty of room. We loved having ping-pong and other games in the garage. The new updated furniture inside and out were super nice. We can't wait to come back soon!
