The space
This house has a very special story behind it. The owners George and Belinda bought this in Feb 2022 with a vision of making it something special. They always loved travelling to Hawaii and staying at the Moana Surfrider located in Waikiki. If you get a chance search for the property online. It is one of the most beautiful and oldest hotels in Hawaii and has a beautiful veranda with rocking chairs that guests love to sit and enjoy throughout the property. They wanted to create that experience here and put their personal touches on renovations to make this property just as special so our guests and our family can enjoy it. When you arrive, you will experience this.

The Pricing
We aim to provide more value than you’d ever expect during your stay. We price the Moana based on the seasonal activity throughout the year, along with offering discounts mid-week during non-peak times. Anytime of the year is beautiful in the Central Coast, and we have loads of activities to choose from in any season so you have a fabulous holiday.

• Kauai Room (2nd Floor) – 2x long single beds, comfortable and perfect for relatives or friends

Main Bedroom and single bed room upstairs have direct access to the pool deck via sliding doors.

• No parties, no smoking, no pets
• Please ensure all guests 25yrs and up are included on the reservation with approved govt ID
• We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers where all guests are under the age of 25 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families
• We aim to provide 5-star service and will message you within 24 hours of your arrival to ensure everything meets your expectations. We love having 5-star guests stay with us that treat this beautiful property like it’s their own, so we make sure to give reviews to all of our guests following their stay.
Other things to Note.
Stained linen will be extra charges.
Missing or damaged items will incur replacement costs.
Please do not charge anything like movies or extra streaming on Netflix or Foxtel. If you charge anything you will be charged that fee.

The Pool
If you require it heated please advise in advance. There is an extra cost and only available for certain times.

Quite Times
The pool is not to be used between 9pm - 7am every day. If detected you will loose your Bond and/or be asked to vacate.
There is no hanging from the pool feature.
